I had Booked for an ad(Ad Id-989916) on 11/02/10 for an ad to be published on 18/02/10 in The Telegraph & on 19/02/10 in Anand Bazar Patrika. I went through all the steps over the website & made the payment of Rs 4433/, not to mention the ad was confirmed over the website. I also have a copy of the invoice. I got a call this afternoon on 16/02/10 around 15:00 from Mr. Barnik Dutta (no- [protected]) & he told me that i need to pay up another Rs. 1700/- or else my ad would not be published. I refused to pay the extra money to which he was forcing me to take a refund. I feel cheated as i had already paid what i was asked to pay. Kindly reply ASAp. FYI I've also mailed the Consumer Complaint Forum about the same with a copy of the invoice.
