VERY URGENT

I am living in bhopal & I am doing buisness of recharge .My RELIANCE no. [protected] has been stolen and in it e-recharge balance is Rs 9, 254. I had mailed a complaint to reliance yesterday about the matter & there is no responce from them.Please take action soon as possible otherwise the amount will be vanished by the person who has stolen my no.

Reliance Communications — Now a days Hardly any network in my locality

My father is using reliance cdma connection since the time its launched in Mumbai, Pioneer customer...He uses his reliance cdma phone mostly for business purposes and majority of times from his shop located at Lokmanya Nagar No.4, Thane-west, Maharashtra, our residence too is in same locality..During intial years of service the network was the best of all but since past 6 months theres hardly any network..for making any call it requires 5-6 times of continuous try and also once get connected the call drops due to no network even when stationary...he has lodged complaint for the same numerous times to customer care no. *333 and *222 but every time the complaint is made after few days they close it on their own saying the complaint is resolved irrespective of calling the customer and asking wether they are still facing the same problem...also the customer care executive commits that you will get call back within 24hrs but so far none of the time my dad has got any call back..v are just pissed with this network problem and worst is that my dad cant afford to change his number because its widely circulated across for business...Please do the needfull

actually, i m very dissappointed from ur side.before 4 days, i contact ur service men, for to purchase datacard, he said to me, i m coming at 4.00 pm but he don't come. next days he do the same thing.plz improve ur service.

Reliance Communications — disconnection of phone without any prior notice

respected sir/madam



i amod bothra customer of reliance landline phone no[protected] and[protected]. The matter is that my bothe the above stated landline number has been disconnect by the reliance communication dept. without giving any prior notice or any intimation call, also they r not ready to give the detail of complaint lodged, means from which number the complain for the disconnection they hav received.

the reliance customer care is also not supportive with this matter, they r not ready to listen anything even their mistake. i want to lodge complaint against reliance communication at dot also.

Reliance Communications — Not activated my prepaid Sim Card

I purchased the prepaid sim card 4 days back. The representative told the sim card will be activated within next 3 - 4 hours. But it is not activated till now. The phone # is [protected]. Can some one lookinto this?

Today i got the call from reliance CCE, he told me that u have to submit a Id proof today in 2 hours, i told him that m not in town.he misbheaving with me and said i[censored] don't submit i cut ur number within in 2 hours.i m using reliance postpaid before 2 years my number is [protected]...pls make a strict action...i have a complaint no also...

Reliance Communications — failure to rectify the problem

i took reliancs services for fixed lina and internet services.Since the day i took the services i m calling customer service and lodging a complaint that as soon as electricity goes in my house the telephone and internet services also go dead which should not be the case because landline phone is not dependent on any external source like electricity and service should be given 24 by 7 by 365 but the problem is not resolved .the electricity in punjab is not there for 12- 16 hours a day so i am without telephone and internet as well for 12-16 hours.also i am calling customer service regularly from 29th july 2009 but nothing has been done so far .the field technician said taht this problem cannot be resolved.also i have sent an appeal to naodal officer but after sending an email i recieved a call from field technicain rana and he started arguing with me and said please do whatever you want to .i am raelly very upset with the services i am getting from reliance and the rude behaviour .
