[Resolved]  Reliance Petrol Pump — Misbehavior

hi, this is about some seamless behavior of the manager and staff of reliance petrol pump in namakkal, tamilnadu, we regularly fill gas from this pump always , 5.00pm 09-04-12 for Rs.2705/= today, we went to fill saleman says we accept CREDIT cards he swap my cards said it is working then after filling he says cash bill is been issued, when asked about this to the manager Mr.Ulaganathan about this he started shouting and says we will siege the car and pay the bill and take the car. used rough language as he is owner of the petrol pump... these private pumps hiring some rowdies as manager....if possible, i am ready to come to the query my email ID [protected]@yahoo.com. and one more thing this people never give the LESS reduction on filling, i asked him to give me the computer generated, in this i came to know about this and they only some times this is offer comes. they cheat in this way also...i have fill for 100 times never give this thing, in the bill they starch the reduction thing easily at the end part. only computer invoice is possible seen the reduction part..
