Respected Sir,
Myself (Dr.Naresh Kumar) working as Professor in Meerut College, C.C.S.University, Meerut. On dated 20Sept. 2020 at 09.00 A.M. I reached the petrol pump and told Sales man Mr.Pradeep Kumar to fill the fuel Rs.610/= in my ALTO LXI Car No.UP 15 X 4662. Mr.Pradeep Kumar used the techniques during the filling, the pipe nozzle cuts and again he started. When I asked Mr. Pradeep Kumar thay why you have done this type of action then he argued me and misbehaved me. When again i told Mr. Pradeep Kumar then he again said that you can do my complaint. I reached the pump office and demanded the complaint book. After a very long discussion, Mr.Rahul Sharma gave me a complaint book and I wrote the complaint.When I asked Mr.Rahul Sharma who is the manager of this pump and he told me Mr. Umesh Chaudahry. When I talked to Mr.Umesh Chaudhary then Mr. Chaudhry replied that I am out of station. Mr. Chaudhary said that Mr.Anil Sharma, Asstt. Manager looks at the matter. Mr.Anil Sharma rang me on my mobile and said that you come to my office. When I refused to reach Petrol Pump then Mr.Anil Sharma said that whatever you can do you do that.
Sir, this type of acts regularly has been done at this petrol pump.
At last I, therefore, request you to kindly take a hard action against the petrol pump as well as the owner and manager and Mr. Anil Kumar, Mr.Rahul Sharma and Mr. Pradeep Kumar.
