I have applied for the reliance wimax connection since last one month, the executive of reliance had commited that the connection will be done within 2 days but it is more than a month nothing is happening and i have been calling the helpline sevral time but no response my application no is [protected]

I agree wholeheartedly, In my experience too Reliance Communications is a company, with no business ethos. I had registered on their helpline my request for disconnection, after seven months, they still continue to send bills, eventhough i am not using their connection. And Helpline dosent provide written confirmation, for my disconnection request.

I totally agree with you. You called up customer care and then did you escalate the issue to their supervisors? and to their Team Lead? If not do the same on the same call. Dont leave them. Damn those people dont have the right to torture us like this.
Lets us fight for it. If you have time try to read my complaint also with the name Reliance Wimax Connection -- "Ineffective Service and Worst Customer Care"
