Reliance Wimax CC,
I'm holding the Reli Wimax BB connection for the past around 7-8 months. Whenever I called up the customer care to place a query/request I got the response from CSRs that my account details are not yet updated in their database. I have placed the request to update the account details nearly 10 times. I spoke to 10 CSRs, 3 Supervisors (Senior) but no one is helping. Every time they say request will be resolved in 2 days, I never got the call, I called them again and they repeated the same story. I'm totally frustrated becoz of the service and CC. I Think the word TORTURE suits well than frustration. Its not a small time, its been since 'm holding the connection.
Strange thing is that, I'm getting the bills from Reliance Wimax everytime, but how come the bill is being generated without my account details in the database??. Think about it. Its shows their ineffective management / service. I never tortured them without paying the bills, I paid on time. Then why the torture to me.
I have shifted my house recently, I called them up actually for cancelling the service, they said no account details so they cant take the request. I asked them to at least relocate the connection to new place, they said no account details so they cant process the request. It means, neither they are helping me nor cancelling my connection.
IM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED NOW, I Need Internet very urgent. If someone from Reliance/related is looking at this complaint request you revert to me, with comments/suggestions on this. As, I have spent hours speaking to CC ppl but all in VAIN.
