I am moving to Hyderabad. So, I have raised a request to disconnect my wimax connection on 19th May 2009, Request No: . I got a call from Reliance executive on 20th of May 2009 stating that they would come with in two days for collecting the equipment.
But after my repeated attempts to disconnect my connection, no steps have taken, inspite customer care is asking me to pay the bill, Last bill till for 23rd May 2009 I have cleared. But they are saying bill for june, july and August is raised and I need to clear this bill.
How do I pay the future bill. They are cheating the customers, they wont provide internet as well as they wont disconnect. Simply they will send the bill to pay.
