Now a days it is found that Samsung Company in India Selling defective goods in the market. They are providing service just near to your place, but you have to run there, again a& again to repair it. Samsung provides atleast One year of warranty with the product, but running to service it, will consume half or some times full of the warranty period. After the warranty period over, they will not do anything, but the Service Center will show their helpless attitude and ask for money for the repair they have done.
Recently, the same thing happened to me. I had purchased a Samsung mobile of Model No. SCH W-339 called as Samsung DUO from TRUE VALUE SHOPPE of TATA INDICOM on 4th November 2008. Just few days after the purchase it started giving problem. I ran to Service Center & they repaired it.Few days after repair, again it started problem. And this problem is still continuing. Every month I have to run to the service center frequently for repairing. To add the set is only 5 months old now. I am pressing them to change the set, but they are avoiding to do so. During my visit to Service Center, many other person I met, who were having the same or similar problems and the Company did not give replacement of their set and now some of them repairing paying service Center Charges and some of them gave up the set, buying other brand. Now, those who gave up the set, coming to Service Center only to abuse them.
Meeting these people, I have now made up of my mind to sue the Samsung Mobile as well as Tata Indicom True Value shoppe, in the CONSUMER FORUM (Which is meant for protecting the consumer from exploitation or service default).
Under these circumstance, I call upon everybody, who are having faith on that comapny to restrain themselves from purchasing any product of Samsung India, may be mobile or any other appliance. They are not faithfull at all.They are only cheaters.They came to India only to extract money from simple consumers, who are influenced by Advertisement and other means, like me. This Company, Samsung attracts customers with some good features in their mobiles, like China Mobiles, but fails to keep its promise. So, my question is to all, what is the difference between the Samsung mobile and unknown China Mobile.The Only difference is Samsung is a known and well dressed (With Court & Tie) cheater and other unknown mobile company are just unknown to us and where about of the company we don't know.

Samsung AC — charging processing fees on credit payment
dear siri pawan kumar sharma purchased a samsung AC from kbm electronics, 1/32, vikas marg, laxminagar, delhi-92 ph[protected] on 27/04/08.they gave me a price of rs.15200.they gave me the bill but when i gave my scb credit card for payment they charged me rs.150 approx 1.5% of the amount after talking to owner mohi-[protected].i argued with the owner for this amount but he told no we r to charge processing fee of 2% but i m charging only 1.5%.again the changed my invoice .they are doing cheating and mis guiding customer .this is a bad exprerience regarding credit card payment .pls look after the matter and take the action agianst the comp like this .
