We have bought a samsung biosleep compress 1.5ton ac on 20/03/2008, from bajaj electronics, lakdi ka pool, hyderabad. and they have promised us that the ac will be installed the next day i.e on 21/03/2008 by mr.md.naser ahmed([protected]) executive from bajaj electronics. when calling up repeteadly to mr naser he has informed that the person has already started to our place but till evening 4:00 pm nobody turned up. Then we took the number of the person by name "Nanda Kishore"([protected]) incharge for getting the ac installed at our place. Our request no is "107" which was given by Mr.Naser and to our surprise we have received a very blunt answer by mr nanda kishore and his boss Mr.Rathnakar([protected]) that they will be coming to our house only on 22nd mar 2008 as it is holilday for their company. Was this told to us on the day we asked when the ac was purchased we would have finished our personal work on the next day ie on 21/03/2008...we had to wait the whole day in our house waiting for these people who are least bothered after selling the ac to the customer to give a call and tell them that they will not be able to install that ac on 21/03/2008 as it is a holiday for them. And their is no customer complaint cell in their website(samsung) where in the consumer can raise his/her voice. disgusting service from samsung never expected this kind of a service from a MNC company like SAMSUNG ...I now doubt that will my ac get installed or just left over sealed in the packed box.

Same case with me with Samsung Bio Sleep. They are useless. By name they are MNC but they do don't know anything about customer support. They even don't know how to talk to the customer. Every one washes their hands after selling the product. I brought Samsung Biosleep AC from TMC in A S Rao Nagar. They said the AC will be delivered in 3 days as they don't have stock. After several followups they finally delivered on the 3rd day. The delivery contractor dropped the AC and it was totally damaged, and luckly I am there when he came. He said no problem he will change it with the other piece in the van. Don't know if it happened with that piece also some where. Poor guy who has received the damaged one which was fallen down at my premises. Than I started calling Samsung for installation. They told that they will send the engineer 1 day after the delivery of AC in the earlier morning. When I called them on next day morning, they told me that the engineer has already left and they gave me some contractor mobile number.From them onwards they used to call me and say that the engineer was coming shortly to your place. And it was repeated for the whole entire day. When I check with samsung in evening than also they say the same...and as I already planned for the day thinking they will come, my entire day was in soop...and finaly when I called them they started playing...say people are busy, it's season time, and they started talking about rules saying actually as per the rules they will be sending the engineer only after 48hrs which store room guys are not saying to customer. if they have somthing like that they need to inform to the customer so they can plan accordingly. They don't even have basic commencence on how to speak with customer. There is no complaint section at all in any samsung sites. if any one know please let us know so that we will make them aware of what is happening. I would say, please don't go for Samsung products. Service is very very very bad.
in my case, I also bought a biosleep A/c of samsung. The person who came to install from samsung had very little knowledge of installatin and it took him 7 hours and then also it wasnt fitted properly.

This is with the reference of my complain regarding the service by the samsang dealer (Manokamna)provide by us.

We have purchased the washing Machine on dated 25/11/04 with the warranty of 5 yrs from the subsiquent dealer. But recently we are facing some technical defect in the same machine. we have logged the complain for the same but we didn't receive any feedback from the side of the dealer.

Again we have apporached to the concern person but the reply which we have got is quite surprise to us. As per the statement of service station authority the techincal person will not go to the customer end & provide the service for the same

According to him we have to manage the transpotaion of washing machine and manage to produce the machine at the service station.

One side all we are talking about customer delight & customer satisfaction & the other hand side the reality is much far from the truth.

Note: I have got your mail Id from the warrenty book. Please pass my message to the customer care if the same is not concern with you.

If i will not get the reply or solution within the span of time i will forward the complain to the higher authority.

I purchased Samsung Bio Sleep 1.5 Tr in April 2008.The product quality is very poor.I compalined on 21/04/09 for the service COMPLAIN NUMBER [protected] but no body respoend to the complain.

I thing prroduct never gone to Quality Check.Poor Product, Poor Service and no body is here to take care of Companies reputation.

Kindly attend the complain otherwise I will have to go to Consumer Forum.

i have purchased an 1.5 ton AC(bio sleep) of samsung company..i had a problem and i complained to your dealer SOPHY'S SYNDICATE, TRICHIRAPALLI, TAMILNADU . one month passed but no response .i have not seen such a poor service in any of the other company.dont prefer to give dealership to wrong dealer.because of this name of the samsung company is spoiled.Take immediate action on this SOPHY'S SYNDICATE .or else you have face the consequences.
Samsung Bio Sleep is a failure as a technology. This is a marketing gimmick and I have been a victim of the same.
Instead of spending millions on the marketing/ media activities, Samsung should invest some amount in actually producing some quality products. Or hire some qualified people to do so.

I invested in the Bio Sleep 1.5 ton compact model coded 18UA X and now feel cheated.
The worst thing is that when I could have spent Rs 18-20, 000 on a 1.5 ton Electrolux or Voltas or any other brand, I jugged the book by its cover and went in for the so called world leaders in electronics brand the biggest investment regret in my life.

Now this AC within one week of installation spills water from the indoor unit on my newly painted bedroom wall and also damaging my expensive audio speakers and some important documents.
After 4 calls one so called expert landed in my house after 6 days and concluded that my brand new AC needed a gas re-fill……..I repeat my new AC.
As unbelievable it sounds I was told that this is normal due to weather change. Unfortunately for me none of my friends and relatives who have split AC’s have concurred this. Its also surprisingly very noisy with the louvers delivering a irritating cacophony ensuring that I never enter dream land in my sleep.
Beyond this the AC is not at all efficient at cooling and moreover a poor fan too even on 3rd bar of the fan speed I do not get the required air blast. It just refuses to cool and worst has been spilling water on my wall every alternate day.

Since 5 days I am being promised a call back by their call center, which has not yet happened.

All said and done on a serious note the time has come to eject non-performing products from the Indian market and modify legal policies to pull back such products even if they were over produced by the manufacturer.

Samsung — SAMSUNG IS SLEEPING

I have given my SAMSUNG - Home Theater for servicing center Bangalore - BTM-1st Stage ( problem is replacement of sensor)
It's almost 20 days and still they have not turned up .. and the reason is They don't have the part.. Its a stupid answer to say.
If the Samsung itself is not providing the part than where should be get it.. from the Bazar?

SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE IS SLEEPING... I think they also in vaccation for 1 months - Marry Christmas and Happy New year :)

Samsung AC's are the worst of all the ac's even cheaper ones are actually better in quality. Even worst is their service department. I have had to chace the service department in Pune for over 1 year and some rajendra Iyer is just warming the chair and not at all an executer.

Its the choice one has either to fight such thugs or to sit back saying it was my bad luck.

    Hi I m Pradeep
    I bought Samsung AC Model AWT-180QKA (1.5 Ton) on 15.03.08 from Vishal Mega Mart Vaisahli Store Which was installed to my place on 16.03.08, when i started my AC it did'nt give me cooling effect. when i consulted technician from samsung who came to my house on 18.03.08 he told me that the compressor is out of order.
    Now kindly provide me a solution to change my AC as this is an faulty part on samsung part which was not expected from star rating company.
    As i was told it will take around 15 days to replace the AC which would be a long time in summer for a frustrated customer to wait on. i would appreciate if the same could be done in a day or two.

      Dear Sir,

      Having heard the worldwide fame and seen the publicity I was attracted to your product and purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone Model No: SGH- X 210 from “Digital Gallary”, Babupara, Jalpaiguri in the hope of longevity of the other brands in the market.
      But unfortunately all my dreams and hopes shattered when the above Mobile phone damaged twice during the last 3 months because of the defects of machinery.
      I contacted to above shop owner. They only recorded the information and kept my phone saying that it would deliver within 7 days, but after repeatedly request, I got the phone after 15 days. After 1½ month its display was gone. I again contacted to Mr. Debojyoti Ghosh, the owner of Digital Gallary and requested to replace it as I was very anxious as I spent the money after by putting aside small amount from my salary to purchase the mobile. He then told me that he had nothing to do as it was a machinery defects and told me to keep the mobile and he also stated that he would sent it to Siliguri servicing center for repairing. He told a lie, because it was sent to Kolkata (as per his statement) after 20 days, and till the date I have not received my phone and I am facing a lot of problems as I have to go outstation for my job and mobile is exigent for me as my family members can easily reach to me while I am out of home. I pleaded so many times but they did not hear to me.

        dear sir,
        i purchased the samsung c160 mobile handset from sangeetha dealer (dilsukhnagar) on 24/12/2007 but from the purchase of after 3rd week onwards there was a problem in my battery charging, when i approached the one of the samsung service centre(MOBILE 21, sirigiri complex, venkatadri lane, dilsukhnagar) they taken my unworking charger and gave me the receipt of that of which they promised to replace the charger within 10 days, but when i went to collect my product after 10 days, they again saying that i will take next 10 days... and they are telling that no stock...
        please help me regarding this.... if this is the same case, i can spend the money outside and purchase the charger, which doesn't take me much time.... .but as my product is in warranty still.. i approached the service center...

          DESPITE OF THE WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS of friends for buying nokia but because of the trust I have on brand SAMSUNG We have 2 Television,1 Air Conditioner of samsung which are performing quite well
          but my experience with your mobile is not same ,after 1 month I start facing problem in battery back up and after 3 months ,by mistake I tried to insert the charger pinup side down ,from that day it stops charging.when I took it to samsung service centre in hyderabad,Chennai,Gwalior every where the answer was same that it doesnot come under warranty because it is the case of mishandling when i said I am ready to pay from my pocket ,reply was that set has to be sent to Banglore and service charges would be around 800 Rs, with a condition that it might possible that my mobile can be dead.
          now sir I Just want a answer that neither in the USER'S Guide WHOEDS CODE NUMBER IS
          CODE NO:GH68-14749A
          nor in any text SUPPLIED WITH MOBILE this precaution has been mentioned .This system is there in any other company's handset in which you can put the charger in which so ever direction you want . I know that my complaint means nothing for you but as a
          EX-loyal customer of samsung i feel it my duty to make you aware of all this situation that atleast you should mention this in the user's guide so that customer like me won't feel cheated

          dear sir/madam gprs has alrady activited in my samsung mobille/model sgh c-170 but i havent got chance to enjoy the internet facility, as soon as site searching, i found internal error, no srevice available etc display in the screen, what is the problem, please give me 100% solution to enjoy the internet facility. as soon as u check it send me the proper procedure to use net or solution...by i love my samsung...and u too

          1)it can't give good berttery backup ...
          2)it dot have loud ring valum.
          I had C170 Samsung mobile and changed the charge connector worth Rs 25 with the service charge of Rs 400/- and It is unbeareable and now my mobile have no display(Display problem)
          Is it possible to change?
          I also an ex-loyal customer of samsung. First, my SGH x400 failed to charge the battery. I still try to keep my loyalty. So I bought SGH C170. But the battery charging system failed in less than three month.

            I buy new SAMSUNG SCH-S259 (OCA75E1D)on 23/12/2007 right from second day it start giving Hangup problem on 04/01/2008 i
            given it for repair at Samsung Service Center Parel they have done software flash of phone,But problem still exhist so i
            went to Vileparle MAin office "CUSTOMER SERVICE plaza Vileparle Mumbai" on 28/02/2008,They Returned the cell on 04/03/2008
            telling that they have Replaced the Mother board as I Stated above my cell code was OCA75E1D But thy have given me some
            other cell with lot of Scratches on it,pls not at both the service centers while giving for repair i insisted for
            Replacement of Cell But thy refused.now with whole long wastage of my time and money i have a cell with a lot of scratces
            on it looking 2 years old and its key pad is not functioning properly.Now i fedup with your service centers they have
            cheated giving me an old cell.you are kindly requested to pls do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i will file complaint in consumer forum with reference to bill and your both work orders.

            The slot for the data cable is same from where you charge your mobile. To get a data cable, you have have to ask for data cable similar to D620 or D520 model of samsung, i mean one of them, i dont remember coz i have purchased the data cable long back. to connect your mobile, go to "utilities", then "user memory", then "memory card" and then "connect to pc".. just leave your mobile and it will connect automatically n yes it will ask for the code, u put ur security code, for beginners, its 0000 or whatever i[censored] have changed..
            i want bya a data cable for my samsung explore mobile.
            where i can bya in & what cost of that.

            download samsung PC studio 5 for SCH-S259 from http://www.samsungcdma.in/samsung-explore-cdma-mobile-phone.aspx and you can do some more operations through data cable. But you cannot access the phone memory which is a essential area for playing with ring tones, wall papers and games.

            Still I am not able to set MP3 music as ringtone. I have tried several ways; but no success.

            Those of you are successful in setting MP3 as ringtone, can you post your handset software version here? To get it, in th handset goto
            Menu --> Settings --> Version (item no. 7).

            Friends i am also agreeing with your comments..the normal samsung s259 have no option to setup mp3 as ringtone and cant access jpeg images also from memory card..but the new product one from virgin mobile have facilities of setting up mp3 and a lot.the main thing is the both products of virgin and tata are same, only the software is different..so if any tataindicom user want to setup mp3 as ringtone and suchlike function they have to upgrade the software.
            This is a complaint regarding samsung AC and its poor service.
            after complaining they do not reply and that is a big big mental torture that when they reply the final result is a big zero.they do not attend the phone.when they attend they do not satisfy.they satisfy with the answer"that the engineer will reach at so and so time.but that time never comes.
            Being such a big Company we feel ashamed of such incidents.we are also in small scale industries.but our service is far better than samsung.

            Hope this message changes some attitude of the big officers of samsung company and their co service centre personal.

            yesterday i gave my samsung s259 phone for software update to samsung service center, and after they said me that "the software in the prone is old and does not have facility to set mp3 as ringtone, but after updating it will be possible."

            today i got my phone back from service station and its working fine, and i am able to set mp3 as ringtone,

            if any of you want have same problem, ask to samsung service station to upgrade your phone software.

            I have samsung SCH-S259 but i find it is not good. Samsunf Service Centre in Srinagar(J&K) does not provide service to its customers. They misbehave with its customers. Also tell me How can I unlock this Set and use all sims in this set. I have SCH-S259 with Tata Indicom Sim.

            ours is a samsung hitron, the serial no. is 00433zan201258d, model no cb-500/ev which developed some technical snag i.e no picture but good sound, during the first week of october for which i registered a complaint telephonically with the service center M M ELECTRONICS, Authorised Samsung service center, backside of paramjyoti talkies, gandhi nagar main road, berhampur-1, ganjam and my call no. was [protected], and subsequently on 6/10/2009 the service engineer came to our house and repaired it. no sooner did he left our house the set started a different snag with good picture but the sound was too poor with humming sound. And i had complained with the aforesaid service center time and again but there is no response whatsoever as yet, it may be pertinent to mention that during the said repair we had paid rs 220/- as service charge. so i request your goodself to be pleased to get the problem solved at an early date.

                The above mentioned product was bought on the 15th of February 2008 and installed on the 23rd of February.On the very day of installation, it was found that the internal unit was making a sound....and a verbal complaint was registered with the dealer-K Electronics,Samsung Plaza, Parihar Chowk, Aundh, Pune. The AC Mechanic of the Company told us that the AC blower is defective...A request was made to replace the entire unit as it was defective on its trial run....However, the dealer [Rakesh Agarwal]and the Manager [Mr Shreyas] flatly refused to replace. Inspite of repeated requests there has been no response from the concerned people.
                As customers we want value for our money and we do not want to compromise on low standards of product quality and service.
                Branded companies need to address the problems of customers immediately...With summer already setting in, we request your intervention for immediate action...and appreciate your action.

                I PURCHASED FIRST TIME A SAMSUNG PRODUCT i.e AC 1.5 TON CAP FROM M/S AMAR TRADERS PATIALA IN JUNE 2007.TO MY HORROR FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY IT STARTED GIVING UNUSUAL SOUND AND STOPPAGE DURING WORKING AND AGAIN STARTING.THE PROBLEM WAS REPEATEDLY OCCURING .I WENT TO THE DEALER AND MADE A COMPLAINT. DEALER DEPUTED MECHANIC MANY TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM DID NOT RECTIFIED. AT LAST DEALER TOLD ME THAT STABELISER IS DEFECTIVE. I TOOK THE STABELISER TO THE DEALER BUT IT WAS FOUND TO BE OK DURING CHECK. IN THE MEAN TIME WARRANTY PERIOOD OF ONE YEAR LAPSED. SINCE THEN AC IS LYING DEFECTIVE. I REQUEST TO SAMSUNG AUTHORITIES TO REMOVE THE DEFECT OR REPLACE IT .I HOPE SAMSUNG WILL DO SOME NEEDFUL.
                I have purchased 1.0 split a/c on 25.03.2007. Three free services are provided in the warranty period of 1 year. There is no reminder to customer from the service group about the free service due. When I have requested third free service after a delay of three days, they say it can be done only on chargeable basis. If I were informed of the due for service, I could have availed the service in time.
                I had asked for servicing of my 1.5 ton a/c which is under warenty, and 2 ton A/c for servicing and gas filling. this complain was logde on 31st March 2008 under BP #[protected]. I received a call, verifing my address, I was informed, due to wrong area code, they are unlabel to come hence forward the same to concern area.
                On 12th April called again, to enquire what had happened, they gave the same BP.#[protected] and took the address. till date nothing is been done.
                I have call again today, again same BP # . I was infromed, they had the wrong address. what suprises me is that they have my Cell # my resident tel nos.

                Why was My Complain not Attended.
                Is Samsung only interested to sell their product and forget the back up service.
                What compensation is Samsung ready to give me.

                Hello, my split a/c 1.5 ton, has been serviced last week. The same men who drove the tempo brought back the outer unit and re-installed it. I told them while checking the working condition that its only the fan that is giving breeze and the a/c as such is not functioning. They said as time goes by it will cool. A week has gone by, i have paid service charges of Rs.1680/- but as many times as i call them they are not attending to the problem. Has samsung sunk to such a low level that they do not even have proffecient engineers to do their services?                 i agree with a similar problem with Samsunsung Spilt A/c bought in chennai. This company pays their dealers well and they cheat customers by even selling stock old than 10 months and unit failed twice within 6 months of warranty period.

                Over the above the ASP fellows are totally unreliable and have no committment . Best part the is the regional office guys ( Samsung direct employees ) are the coolest ... but A/c remains like heater, guys are absolutely cold and deflecting

                Pls dont buy samsung a/c looking at their ADs or based on dealers push. This korean make is the cheapest dump in India.
                I am a professor in an engineering college. My Samsung 1.5 ton split had a complaint of Electrical problem. Water draining into room and later fuse in the main goes off, after AC is on. . I gave complaint to Samsung service centre Selaiyur Chennai in 2nd week of May 2009. One technician came and never rectified. Then officially registered my complaint on 22nd June 2009. B.P No. [protected]. No one attended to complaint till today 27th even afer reminding daily. They contact over phone and promises to attend. But they never turn up to attend.
                It seems by contacting the customers and assuring to service or apologizing, they think they have attended to the complaint and they think the customer will feel happy. The AC is not serviced even after 1.5 months of my original complaint.
                The technician is also quoting exorbitant rate like it may cost 2500 etc. even before attending to service. We told we will reimburse actual amount you incur. Even then the AC is not yet moved out of my house for service till today 27/06/2009. Everyday I keep phoning up and only assurance is coming promptly.But no service.I don’t know even if they do service, they may demand an exorbitant amount. I highly regret for purchasing this brand. I am wondering when they will do the service and what amount they may demand.

                Samsung/ Split AC (1.5 ton) — Failed twice within two months of purchase

                I bought a Samsung Split AC (1.5 ton) on 6th April 2011 from Sargam Electronics, Lajpat Nagar 2, New Delhi. Model number is AS182SSB. On 16th May 2011 it stopped working (no cooling). I registered a complaint (BP No. [protected]) on 17th May morning. The first level technician attended the complaint on 17th May and concluded that gas needs to be refilled. On 18th the gas was refilled and they assured that the problem will not occur again as they have checked everything.

                However unfortunately yesterday i.e 29th May just within 10 days of refilling of gas it again started giving trouble (no cooling) intermittently. I again registered a complaint the very same day and it was concluded that gas is leaking and needs to be refilled.

                We insisted the Samsung team to change the outdoor unit because this is the second instance within 2 months when the gas leaked. However they are still insisting on refiiling of gas. What is the assurance that now it will not give any trouble. I have purchased AC (spent almost Rs. 30000/-) so that I can use it as we aware of the weather conditions not to keep it as a showpiece. THis is so frustrating and disappointing.

                I want the outdoor unit to be changed immediately without any more excuses and delays or else I will be left with no other option except filing a consumer case.

                    Dear Sir

                    My Samsung 21 inch colour TV had suddenly gone blank on February 18, 2008. It was connected to a surge suppressor, which was also supporting a computer and speaker. All these devices were not getting switched on.

                    I had lodged a complaint with the Samsung call centre[protected] on February 18, 2008 and was given complaint no [protected]. A Samsung technician from their service centre at Goregaon visited us on the same day, and informed us that the power supply had to be replaced at Rs. 2,500/-. We protested that a TV costing Rs. 11,000 cannot have a power supply of Rs. 2,500 and the technician left.

                    Subsequently, on changing the Surge suppressor, our computer and speaker started working, but the TV could not be switched on. We informed the Samsung call centre that the technician had probably disconnected the power supply to make us pay inflated amount. Therefore Samsung should depute their service engineer to determine the fault if any and to take action against the service centre.

                    We have been regularly calling up Samsung call centre, and speaking to supervisors Ms. Leena, Abhishek, but the call has not been attended since February 18, 2008. In between the call centre had entered the complaint as closed, but we informed them that it was still open. I have requested the call centre to preserve the recording for investigating the complaint.

                    We regret buying the Samsung product for lack of support and refusing to answer customer call. We were promised that Samsung service head Mr. Kazi Tanveer would personally look into the problem, but he is uncontacable.

                      I bought a Samsung E-840 mobile few months back and I had enabled the Mobile Tracker feature in it. In fact, I took the mobile primarily for the reason that it had the security feature of Mobile Tracker. I lost that mobile 15 days back. I have already filed a FIR along with the IMEI number of the handset. When I inquired about it, the police said that the thief must have got the handset formatted. Once the mobile is formatted, everything is reset and its settings are same as those when it is manufactured by the company. To my surprise, when i inquired about such software in the market, almost every mobile shop said that they can easily format that mobile. I just want to ask that if it is so easy to hack the Mobile Tracker functionality, then why does the company (Samsung) boast of it? It means practically it is of no use. It should be the responsibility of the company that they see to it that only the company authorized people can format it, otherwise what is the point in highlighting the feature?

                      samsung E-840 — manufacturing defect

                      i purchased a samsung E-840 on 10th july 2008, ever since i purchased the set i had problem with the touch pad.

                      i called up samsung customer care on 16th october requesting to lodge a complaint for the replacement of my cell, in return he requsted me to go to service center nd said tht if there's ny manufacturing defect my cell would be replaced there.

                      the next day, i.e. 17th july 2008, i went to the service center and the representativ there said that the cell could not be replaced as it is more than 7 days old...on returning home i lodged a complaint via email for the same...i recieved a mail promisng action within 24 hrs

                      today, 21st july 2008, i called up customer care again, and now he said the cell could not be replaced because the condition is that there has to be 2 complaints lodged for the cell to be replaced...

                      COULD ANYONE PLZ HELP ME AT TELL ME THE EXACT POLICY OF THE COMPANY AND HELP ME IN GETTING MY CELL REPLACED...

                      ALSO COULD ANYONE PLZ PROVIDE ME WITH THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON NY OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SO THAT I COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM DIRECTLY...

                      samsung E-840 — worst service

                      I bought Samsung E-840 model on 11/04/2008. Since 8 months i have been facing the problem with the mobile even though i had visited all the authorised service centres at Hyderabad, Rajahmundry and Visakhapatnam also. But no where the problem get solved. And also i mailed to the samsung HO stating the same problem. but there were no reply from them.

                      As i am in service field dealing with invesment advisory i need to call frequently. usually i make calls over 50 to 100 per day. When i call frequently automatically Calls will fail and i am getting LIMITED SERVICE msg on my mobile. Call s will not go and come in.and also some times receiver voice isnot audiable.Vs.

                      I really fed up with the service and my waranty period also going to expire by april. So what should i do in this regard, How can i approach to the consumer forum or else is there any way to get the problem solve through this lane.

                      I would be thank ful to you if you can guide me in thid regard.
                      I completely agree to nidhi.Now a days mobile stealing has become so much problem that once cell is stolen then chances of getting it back is nearly impossible. Even software like mobile tracker is of no use bcoz its easy to crack it . The Mobile companies should make software which can be track the thief's and not possible to crack except the company itself .Then it will be useful to buy expensive cell .
                      if there are any other measures we can take and safe our mobiles?
                      Is IMEI no useful to trace the thief?

                        I had purchase Samsung washing machine model 85TPL Sr. No 0236 fully automatic on 6th Feb 2008. They told me next day installation and Demo will be done by company engg. After 4 reminders engg came on 11th Feb He instructed us how to use the machine no live demo. then nex day we use the machine and surprise to see the machine is likage from bottom then immidatly i complaint with dealer service centre and till date no one has come to see the machine. i daily make the complaint with dealer serivce centre but there is no response from the dealer.                         I am a very old customer of Samsung. I am using a TV, Micro Oven & Washing Machine. Now I am thinking that not to buy any Samsung product. Also at least I will tell my 2 friend not to buy any Samsung product. Because 2 month back I ahd given a complain regarding my Washing Machine. My Complain no. is [protected]. I think Samsung is waiting for expired of my warranty of the Washing Machine. If that will happened then I will go to court of law.
                        This the third reminder.

                        It is shameful to say that a renounwed company like Samsung is giving such a type of service.

                        I had purchase Samsung washing machine model 82TAL, fully automatic on 8th Mar 2008. On the day of demo service engineer confirmed that the machine had a hole in the tub and it is a manufacturing defect. Your service engineer twice visited and promised to replace the machine. I daily complain to the customer care center on mobile number [protected] regarding this, they are giving only the assurance to replace the machine but till date they have not replaced the machine. This is the third reminder to you also but there is no response from your side. Please solve the problem once for all on priority. If there is no replacement we will launch the complain to consumer court.

                        Samsung Washing Machine — Washing machine downtime

                        Samsung washing machine bought on 21/10.2003 from Vijay Sales Mahim.We were told during Diwali Sales time that guarantee is for 5 years.Later we were told that the 5 year guarantee is only for Motor. When machine stopped working on 27th july, 2008 we made a complaint.A mechanic (or a trainee?) was visited and after opening the machine and after contacting another person on a cell phone informed us that there is something wrong in Gearbox and a sparepart will have to be procured.Later a phone-call came and we were informed that some item will be procured.However later there is no response either from 66227733 or from Samsung PRO (who is supposed to be attending to this ) So there 'Downtime' of 19 days as of today.
                        We do not know whether anyone is concerned about the after-sales service.

                        Hi, I bought the Samsung fully automatic washing machine 6 months before from Next retail shop in Chengalpet, Tamilnadu. Me too experiencing this kinda of leakage problem. I booked a complaint through Online. After the local people came to my house and put a piece of log to adjust the level of the washing machine. If stills the problem arises they told me to buy a M seal and put the m seal on the leak. I dont want any defective parts from Samsung. I complained about this to Samsung.                         I had purchased SAMSUNG semi automatic WM. Now the drier is not working. Dealer's authorised mechanic has told that the drier's motor is defunct. I told him to replace with company motor. Even after lapse of four months no body has turned up. I request to send the eminent mechanic to put the mechine in working condition.
                        I have purchased a new samsung washing machine. The demo given by the company person was not proper. He has told what the buttons are for and that's all. It was expected that he will show a full cycle of washing etc and show how to use different functions.
                        Also I have used the machine 4-5 times, but i am not getting proper washed clothes. Forget about collars which are not cleaned, whole cloth seems as it was before cleaning. The dirt can be seen easily. I have tried different washing powder. Result is same.

                        When the machine was delivered to me, it's suspension rods were came out. For that we have to call the Dealer and Company. I don't know how the product is manufactured at such quality that it is so easily dismantled
                        I Puchased a New Samsung Washing Machine Model.No.WF-RI06IEW/XTL, FRONT LOADING MACHINE in end of 2007. On 20.05.2009, the Washing Machine was not working. So, I lodged a complaint on 21.05.2009 to the customer Service regarding this. The call has been registered and they gave a reference BP No.[protected]. The Technical Person came on 21.05.2009 and found the fault and told one of the part has to be changed. After two days he came with the part and tried to fix with machine. But the part doesn't suit with the machine. Finally, he told to my wife that he has come with the wrong part and informed that he will bring the correct part the next day. Till today we are washing our clothes by hand. After getting fed up, we rang up Mr.Dinesh representative of Samsung, and enquired about the status, he replied that it is not his mistake. If we want to complaint to Customer Service, we can complain to them. We are very much shocked to hear this kind of words to a Customer from a Leading Manufucterer in Electronic goods. When I asked the customer Service Executive, it will be replaced on 13.06.09.since it has to come from Delhi. So, for the past 20 days Samsung is not worried about the customer. Their aim is only to sell the Machines.

                        I regret to inform you that you have not taken any action to my complaint no [protected] about repairing of my front loading washing machine. The local service center of Guwahati, Assam has been misleading me regarding ordering of spare parts for the machine. It is now more than one and half a month since first complaint was lodged. But no action as yet resulting serious problems for my family.the repairing centre lifted my machine and kept in the workshop for weeks without any action due to non availibility of parts.

                        I purchased a washing machine of samsung on Sunday -28June 2009 from Sector 18 NOIDA-UP SAMSUNG EXCLUSIVE showroom, but got the first call for the demonstration on 2-Jul-09, a good 4 days after the purchase.
                        Will the service department wake up...I have made it clear that I want the demo after 7 PM as my office is far at Gurgoan (42 Kms away).                         Though Samsung products are generally good, the after sales service of Samsung is very disappointing and frustrating.
                        I have purchased one fully automatic washing machine in June 1999. The model is SW75AS1. This washing machine developed some problem now. It gives an error message of 1E in the timer panel whenever the machine is switched ON. One mechanic came to see the problem and after checking the machine he told that the control panel is to be changed. We have reasons to believe that it is not correct. As, in 2006, when the same problem occured we got the panel changed by sending the machine to the workshop of Samsung in Warangal for which we paid Rs. 3000.00. This is in addition to the transportation charges. After receiving the machine, we saw the problem was still persisting. The matter was again referred to the company. Many technicians came, checked and declared that still the fault was with the control panel only. We suspected that it was not true. After much pursuation, the area Engineer checked the washing maching and found that the defect is in the solenoid operated valve of the washing machine. The washing machine was ultimately repaired after six months after contiunous pursuation and complaints.
                        It is unfortunate for me that the machine has deveoped similar fault now and it is under repair for the past two months; God only knows how much time it is going to take for repairing the machine. The Samsung company is sending some incompetent technicians for attending to the problems. These incompetent persons do not diagnose the problems properly. This time also, the only person who has seen the problem is insisting on replacing the control panel.
                        Nowadays if someone asks me about which brand of the washing machine can be purchased, I tell them to keep the Samsung machine as the last choice thanks to the poor after sales service.
                        The washing machine's electrical circuit has to be replaced. I lodge a complaint in this regard through email, but did not get any reply. It was once repaired a year ago. However, now the same problem is there. All the indication lights get burn on power on mode. I want to know the exact price of the electrical circuit for the model WA75N6. It was quoted from Rs.1100/- to Rs.4500/- from various technicians. For repairing of the part, they charge Rs. 1700/- to Rs. 2500/-. The technicians are interested in repairing the part instead of placing a new one. They say the part is not available and it will take 2 months to get it from the company.

                         
                        I had purchased a samsung washing machine semi auto 7.2kg WT 9201, I just want to confirm whether it is available with wheels also, because there are screws inside the legs of the machine but the wheels are disappear. I have already seen this one with wheels. Distributors, Sai Electronics, Kirari Chowk, Nangloi, New Delhi says if it shall have been available then why I keep with me. Please clarity and satisfy me.

                        Sub: Washing Machine- Model 75 K4- Sprares not vailable-reg


                        I had purchased a Washing Machine – Model 75 K4 on[protected] and it has been satisfactorily working till last month. Recently, it is giving some problem and the same was reported to your authorized service centre at Trivandrum, M/s Mereena Electronics.

                        The Technician who had attended the service has reported that, the PCB Control Box of the Washing Machine is found to be faulty. He also reported that, the company has stopped distribution of this model and the spares of the machine is also not available. When I contacted the service Centre, they had also reported that the spares are not available. The service centre personal further reported that, I have no other choice, but to procure a new one. Since, the machine is more than 5 year old one, I will not get any value for the old machine. In this matter, I would get a clarification/ consideration from the Company on the following:

                        (1) I had procured the Samasung Washing Machine due to good reputation at Trivandrum and expecting continuous service of Samsung Products even after its warranty period.

                        (2) Whether the life of a washining Machine only five years. Whether the consumers has to procure a new one in every five years.

                        (3) Eventhough the Company has stopped a the production of a particular model, whether it is a good practice to stop the production of the spares of the product. Whether the customers have to suffer financial loss due to the same.

                        (4) Whether, Companies in India distributing similar products is following the same strategy for distributing products?

                        (5) Whether the Company has no concern on the existing customers like me. The likely financial loss, time loss etc want to be borne by the customers like me, due to the fault of purchasing a Samsung product.

                        (6) What I want to do, whether I want to procure a new one by paying the full cost?

                        (7) What is your company’s service policy on consumer articles?


                        As a consumer, I feel that your company should have the responsibility to give continuous support and service to the existing customers, even if your company has stopped the production of this model. It is not a good advice to procure a new one due to the reason that Company has stopped the production of the model and so the spares are available.


                        You may kindly note that, now a days Washine Machine is a very essential house hold equipments for the day to day life. Hence, you may please offer a solution to the issue and kindly advice me at the earliest..

I am surprised that from last 7 days there is a problem in this machine and when i complained for 10 times the person of SAMSUNG cam after 2 days and told me that we have to change the part. From that day (Friday) till today i.e., Tuesday nobody came to replace the part.

                        We think SAMSUNG is the good brand and the we purchased it from CROMA so what can i do for this. Now tell the delay is from SAMSUNG & CROMA.

                        I am suffered between SAMSUNG & CROMA because i am the customer my money had gone there is no loss for both o[censored] and after spending 10, 000/- we have to wash the clothes by hand.

                        So if you really CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER DO THE NEEDFUL.
                        I had purchased washing machine model wa80p1b two years back. off late two months ago the machine has started giving sound. The service engineer came after two weeks to attend the problem and told that the spares are required. one week later after lot of complaints to service centre they told that spares are not available and the TUB cannot be replaced as the spares are not in manufacturing. Till date about 1 month we are not able to get any replacement and get the same repeated answer from the call centre that the problem will be attended 1 week for past 1 1/2 month.

                        Do something if you can interfer to get the problem sorted.

                        I purchased one Samsung 32" LCD TV at Vasanth & co., Purasaiwakkam,Chennai on 22.12.09 and the same was delivered on 26.12.09. But till date no one came to my house for giving demonstration and for wall fixing.

                        with the above reference i wish to make a complaint that my complaint has not been solved till date i.e 14/1/2010 (almost 20 days ) due to which i am suffering heavily. on making several calls to customer service center the answer is that pannelis not available with them and we need to wait a little more. i just have a small question that how much time a single panel takes for the company like samsung india to get replaced, you not have parts then replace the washing machine immediate action . it is my last warning to Samsung nor we going to cnsumer court. it is a very poor show on behalf of company for which the people who trust the name samsung india

                        Looking at the long list of complaints above, I'm doubtful if anyone in Samsung is attending to them. This is aggravated more by the fact that my complaint no. [protected] lodged on Saturday 10.07.2010 with the call centre is yet to be attended on 12.07.10 late afternoon.

                        The machine is Samsung front loading machine Wf-f861ew/xtl purchased on 27.10.09 from Reliance Digital and still under warranty. It stasrted to leak water under the switch panel when the machine was put on. So machine was stopped with all soap soaked dresses inside and the complaint as above was registered. No one turned up inspite of promises to turn up.

                        The person who assured this is Mr. Vinod - [protected]. Today morning a guy called Rajan called up from[protected] confirming the address of the residence and promising to turn up between 9 am to 3 pm. At the moment it is 10 minutes to 4 pm...on 12.07.2010 and non one's turned up.

                        If the company cannot give service as promised then it is doing a diservice by maintaining this ineffiecient service setup.. Would someone responsible and senior in the company care to own up and come forward and explain please? Could I have an immediate revert please from someone???

                        We have purchased a Samsung front open fully automatic washing machine 2.5 years ago.We have logged 4 complaints since Apr 22nd 2010 and the machine has not been repaired as yet. The excuse is that the 'Door switch' is not available since 3 months.

                        The guy who looked at our machine from Samsung is Jerald [protected]. After taking a look once he consistently says that the part is not available and he will get back which never does.

                        Please look into the matter and intimate me or we will treat it seriously as it has been 3 months already with a broken down washing machine. If you don't have the part available, please take it out of a new washing machine and replace it. It is the responsibility of a reputed company to make parts available of the products that they sell.

                        above problem is still not solve i face other problem of abnormal sound in m/c. when i call service Eng. they told me that you have to shift m/c in work shop. when m/c is open in work shop they found ope bolt corroded instead of replace that particular bolt they suggest me that you replace complete tub this is ridiculous to change bolt they advice me to change tub.
                        when i refuse to change tub they give me alternate solution and repair m/c. when service center deliver my m/c that time they told me that there is sound in spine time due to bearing damage which previous their is no sound due to bearing now they show me other problem.
                        i mention previous sound problem due to bolt loosing.

                        Please clarity and suggest me to solve my problem .

                        Hi

                        I had purchased samsung top loading washing machine in Feb 2011. On 17th May 2011, the machine stopped functioning. From 18th May we have made numerous calls to Samsung service center in Delhi and their local service center in Bangalore. Till to-date 21st May 2011 nobody has even cared to come and look at the problem.

                        The service representatives are absolutely pathetic. They either put you on hold for 10 mins telling they will connect you to their supervisor or they will give you commitment that by evening someone will turn up. Finally i got hold of a service engineer in Bangalore. He exemplifies the attitude of Samsung, which is being extremely discourteous and insensitive to customer needs. He twice committed on a time and failed to show up. After that on calling him he just cuts the call.

                        If this is the level of service a brand like Samsung provides, we need to avoid buying their products. Please never buy Samsung products. Having been in US, i got carried away because Samsung was known there for innovation and service. In India they are pathetic.

                        Please advice me on how to file a formal complaint in consumer court.

                            I purchased a Samsung Monitor (“SyncMaster 920nw”.) at Nashik, Maharashtra. From the very beginning, I have a problem of picture quality with my Samsung monitor. I complained so many times to local service center. But they were unable to solve the problem.

                            After a consistent follow-up, local service center of Samsung is replace my monitor. But they send same monitor number in replace, so problem is steel Continuous.
                            I got highly irritated with this kind of behavior from the service people of Samsung. I wasted a lot of money on telephone, mobile and fuel. And I don’t want to waste any of my money.

                            i have brought a 29 inch colour tv(model no. 29 z50 easy view) from arcee electronics panvel. i made fulll payment in cash before delivery on 10th oct 2007.next day they send me a tv(model no 29z 30)imediely i inform them about the same.they told me we send your tv by tommorow,but they unable to do the same.when i went to their showroom after 10 days they told me that the piece is not available & refuse to refund the money,you have to more more money for the model .so i pay extra money & take the easey view model on 26 oct 2007.after some day i came to notice that the auto volume function is not working so i lounged a complaint on 03 rd of jan.on 14 jan a technician came & replace a part of tv.the auto volume function is activated but the easey view function is not working he told that he will rectify the problem soon.but he not came afterwards.i regularly giving call to arcee ele.about my problem.after some day a call is come to me from samsung care they also told me that your problem is attended soon.but all in vain. after two months on 02nd mar my tv is replaced.on the same day i noticed this tv is also having the same problem of auto volume.this time i emmidietly call arcee ele.& told about the problem.the funny thing is that they send their delivery boy to check the tv.i hope you will look after this problem & do the needfull. this time i want my full ammount refund.
                            the deler is arcee electronics & the person is mr.naik the service technician is mr manoj & mr.pradeep.
                            Samsung had entered the Indian Marke in a Big way and it seems that they hardly hear the customers. Make Money and that seems to be the Mantra!!! High time these guys pull up their sock! We have recently purchased 3 airconditioners, a 40" LCD and a 25" LCD all Samsng products from Croma Electronics at Ishanya Pune. While all gooddy goody things on face value at the timeos sales, Samsung has no concept of customer care and have all promises coming from the call centre which again is a Delhi Number[protected]. We ended up making STD calls from Pune on this number to fix our A/C. Promises like someone would be there at home today to someone would call us in 30 minutes were the standard statements coming out. The service is also discourteous when the technican at Pune says "he can come when he is free". We hope he gets free in this year. It seems Samsung has just one guy for the whole of Pune!!! Our service complaint number was [protected] dated 15 March 2008. As i write this feedback on 20th March 2008 with complete dissatisfaction, the request has not been closed out!!!
                            The techician came on 19th March for the first time finally...after repeated calls and after we had somehow managed to get in touch with a guy called Mr. Rajendra based in Pune (supposedy a service manager level person with some authority to get work done..not sure though). Th technician said that said the Gas needs to be filled (NOW...this is a brand new AC operated for the very first time and NO Gas...exposes poor installaion and site teting practices of Samsung). He makes another Samsung Promise that he would come next day morning (i.e. 20th March 08) and resolve the problem. We had to make a call at 1303 hours again to check if he did mean something when he said he would come..when the morning had elapsed!! He has said that he will be here by 3 PM (Fingers crossed!)

                            In the meantime, we surfed the Samsung India Web page that allows us to place service feedback! Oh No...the service feedback part doesnt operate well on this site. After some atempts we gave up! If the standard of service is poor obviously the webpage feature on fedack not working wouldnt come as a surprise to us.

                            What more shall we say? The above shows how carless Samsung is...We are concerned now if we made a right choice in Samsung! We have made some large purchases from Samsungs and if this is he case with the first service interaction...what do we have in store???? We hope Samsung will act more responsibly and not push customers to approach consumer forums to resolve the product issues!

                            First thing first...we are keeping our fingers crossed to see when we can hae some cool air from the A/C we purchased in the Summer of 2008!

                            I purchased a 19 inches lcd monitor on january 2008... six months back i found some display problem in my monitor... And right then i filed a complaint about that...Around 10 technicians have come to my home so far and none of them resolved my problem... And finally i was asked to bring the monitor to the nearest service centre... Two months before i went there with my monitor and they kept my monitor with them for 5 days... After that, i phoned them and they told the display board is defective and it needs to be replaced... They asked me to wait for 20 days to receive a new display board... I did wait... That board didnt match my monitor...So i was asked to wait another 20 days for another new board...But the same result... So finally they promised me to replace mine with a new one and they told, for that i need to wait for 20 days... I waited for a month for replacement but no call received regarding that... So i phoned them and now they telling The replacement approval is declined and they askin me to wait for another 7 days for a new board...
                            I have totally lost all my faith on them... My warranty period is still alive... So kindly turn your attention towards this case and solve it ASAP...

                            I had a recent poor experience of Samsung in servicing my AC. The compressor conked off after 1 year of purchase. It took Samsung 3 weeks to fix my AC. This took numerous calls to their call center and numerous follow up calls with their head of Pune service. There were visits by 5 to 6 technician before they fixed the AC. They apparently outsource the service to Modern enterprises in Pune. The owner of Modern enterprises is a fellow to keeps making false promises about attending to the complaint and sending the technical "today", but never keeps his promises. He would not answer my phone calls. I had to resort to sending strong SMS messages to him to ensure quick action. The secret that I heard from their technicians is that Samsung has shortage of parts for the ACs and hence the delay in servicing all customers. I will never buy anything from Samsung again.
                            Samsung has Pathetic service in India. I have registered a complaint about my TV for distorted image. it took 5 days for the service engg to visit my place to diagnos. After which he confirmed that the spare is available and the issue will be resolved in 1 day and took the PCB of the TV. Its been 5 days now and the service engg has not called me back. Over that he has stopped responding to my calls.

                            Best of all is that when i visited samsung site and wanted to provide online feedback the feedback link on samsung site is not working... have a look at the snapshot of the site which i have taken.

                              your delare ranjan gas service in noida & its phone is[protected],2522071,2551944 . here phone is ringing up regularry of all three no. but no body is picking the phone . customer is unneccessary getting delay of the gas for this reason . after that if suddenly they have picked the phone then they told you will get your gas cyclender after 7-8 days.

                              For this rerason , I am very faid with this happening.

                                After 5days of contacting the Samsung Customer service, for repairing my 21 " slim TV nobody from Samsung has contacted me and there was no response from them. Every time I call the customer service, I am assured that the service engineer will come up today. But it has not happened. I don't expect such service from Samsung India.

                                  I had purchased a Samsung SGH-D840 metal series phone in November 2007.Within a month it started giving display problems. Initially when the slide was pushed up or down, the entire screen would become hazy and all the colors used to spread all around the screen.. after a few days the entire screen became white and no amount of restarting would make it come back to the normal state.

                                  Within the month, i took it to the customer care center in Nehru Place,New Delhi where i urged them to change the handset as it was a new set and within a month, a major problem had struck. A samsung employee Mr. Rajesh, without even scrutinizing the handset, tried to console us that there was a "minor" wiring problem and that they are not in a position to change the set because they dont have the authority. After an hour of argument, i agreed to get it repaired, and was promised that something like this will NOT happen again.Here it was interesting to note that Mr. Rajesh tried to "make us understand" that wiring errors are a common problem in ALL slide phones irrespective of the company and it wasnt their fault.. in other words.. it was a normal thing!!

                                  About 10 days ago ( within 4 months of purchase), the handset started giving problems again! And this time, it was with the speaker.. I could not hear a call if the phone was not slid down!!
                                  When again, i went to the service station, we were "greeted" with the same person. Mr Rajesh.. who just took a look at it and amazingly predicted that it was a wiring fault again and that they had a new "upgraded" cable which when installed.. would neva give problems again..When I screamed that i had enough, he called his senior.. who was way better than him.. and scolded him for not checking the phone and making predictions.. he said that he would get it checked.. while we waited for an hour.. the set was repaired against our wishes.. and mr. Rajesh came up to us to immediately get a document signed which stated that "i as a customer , am satisfied with the serviced product" under a fine line.. when we argued again.. he left and called the senior..

                                  Even after the repair where the calls were now audible.. they created a new problem.. there was a tremendous distortion in the sound and it seemed like the speaker was destroyed..To brush the matter again.. Mr Rajan seeked to console us that it was a problem with the song (as if the song would suddenly give problems).. luckily my mother uses the same set D840 bought just 15 days after the faulty set.. and when we transferred the songs and compared.. he still refused.. his senior came, noticed the distortion and reprimanded him again.. Again more harassment was evident!!

                                  In the end, the senior told us that he was sending a complaint to the "head office" and if they approve.. they would change the set...Mr. Rajan said this procedure would take a month, while the senior Mr. Das said it would take 10 days!! they themselves are caught in a fray..

                                  now!! we are waiting for the past one week and no comments have come back to us.. and we are stuck with a faulty set!! can someone give us justice!!

My phone has already been repaired thrice since I had bought and everytime the reason told to me is that the slider strip is destroyed if you use the slider too much.

                                  I bought one Samsung Mobile handset # SGHB 5722 on 15/03/2010 from QRS RETAIL OUTLET, Trivandrum.

                                  During the past five months, I have faced lot of service issues to my mobile handset like display problems, black mark on screen, clarity etc.. .I don’t know whether you have experienced this problem with other customers.

                                  I had given my handset to your service centre in Trivandrum (couple of months back) due to the touch screen issues, and they returned it after some days saying that they have replaced the touch screen and the problem has been solved. From the very next day the same problem happened and I tried my level best to use the phone with the same issues. It was my urgent requirement to keep the phone with me even with the problems. I knew that your service department will not solve the problem on priority basis and my experience with them stop me to approach them again .One black mark appeared on the screen and then it grown gradually and there was no other option.

                                  Then I returned my handset to your trivandrum service station and they asked me to sign on some documents. It is unfortunate that they mentioned the complaint as “water logged”. Actually there was no issues to be waterlogged. I did several follow-ups to solve the problem and to get my product back with good condition. They asked me to pay money even it was under warranty period

                                  They returned the product without proper service and I was totally upset on their behavior and service to customers.

                                  I'm sure that this isn't the level of service you intend to provide and will remedy the situation immediately. I would like to get a new product from your side. As this product is still under warranty, I would appreciate you notifying me as to how we may resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

                                  Samsung Mobile Model D840 — poor service

                                  I have a samsung mobile phone model D 840. In this for the past one week there is a problem in the screen. I approached the samsung mobile authorized service center at Tambaram sanitorium. They said that there is problem in the connecting strip which is not available there. They said there is no stock in india and it will take more than a week to get it.In 12 months I have encountered the same problem more than twice. They are replacing poor quality spare parts. The service is very very worst and irresponsible. Ultimately I wanted to change my brand and say Good bye to Samsung .

                                    After buying this Samsung frost free fridge in 1998, there have been repeated problems of water leakage in the fridge from the drain pipe behind the chiller tray followed by water spilling down the front opening under the freezer. Samsung's technicians came several times and after duly charging their fees, applied M-seal on the drain, claimed some block and went away. On one occasion, they even took the fridge to their factory. Now the problem has recurred and the fridge has become inoperable for this reason. I called a local repairman and he was familiar with this problem in Samsung. He says that this is a manufacturing defect and that Samsung has changed its design now. He also said that Samsung does not provide replacement for the defective pipes and wanted to search the local market.
                                    Clearly, Samsung neither trains its technicians on these problems and now it seems, they depend on street repair kuccha techniques for repair such as M-seal and have abandoned their old models. I feel sorry for having bought this fridge from such an unreliable company and am still wondering what to do with the fridge now. Any help from a more competent repairman will help since Samsung has proved t be both costly and incompetent.

                                      I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
                                      Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

                                      I, had bought a Samsung fully automatic washing machine during November 2007, within one month from the date of purchase I found water leakage, and I had complained to the Customer care, who visited and informed that a spare is defective, and assured to replace within two days from them, it is also 50 days no one has turned up despite making many number of calls except the telephonic assurance nothing is forthcoming. I likely to file a consumer complaint before the forum.

                                      I am working in Bangalore and I have been using Samsung washing machine for the last six years. I have not had any problem with the machine and I am quite satisfied with the performance of the machine.
                                      The problem I have is that, the pipe of my washing machine is leaking and it is not available with any of your dealer. They asked me to contact Samsung Company directly. Fist thing is that, is it such a big spare part that for which I need to contact your company people? Secondly I did not find any contact details for Samsung India on Internet.
                                      Kindly send me contact details where I can buy or order for Samsung machine spare parts.

                                      i had bought an AC split one 15 days back, called the service center guys and on my repeted request someone came and told that the unit needs to be replaced as it has manufacturing defect.
                                      but till date 10 days have gone and none showed up.
                                      when i try to call K electronics in Aundh Pune the dealer of Samsung they talk so roughly and refuce to replce the unit.
                                      Even they threaten that i can even go to consumer forum etc...
                                      i did a very big mistake in buying a Samsung product...
                                      i will advice everyone not to buy any SAMSUNG product as their after sales service is real
                                      I purchased Samsung fully automatic top loading washing machine from Adishwar's, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The Show room service person completed the deomstration in 3 minutes!! and fled the scene without even showing us how to drain the water out. The brand new washing machine is now full of dirty water and we have not used it even once. Show room person says' It is not our responsibility'. There is no response from the customer care since 6 days!

                                      I am utterly frustrated and in desperate need of your service. I have been calling the toll free number several times since the last one year to report a problem with the Split AC I bought from Samsung. But no response at all. Now the warranty of my Split AC has also ended leaving me helpless.

                                      I took the help of a service personal from Alpha Service center, an authorised Samsung service center and the technician identified that there is a gas leakage in the unit. So I made more than 10 calls from yesterday and today and I spoke to different people including Amit, Siddarth, Anitha and Santhosh and every time they kept saying that there will be a call from a Engineer and that call never came.

                                      You people are driving me mad and my last resort will be the Consumer Grievances Readdressal forum if you fail to help me out atleat now. Even the promised quarterly visits from Samsung engineers has not happened and here I am totally frustrated and awaiting help from Samsung.
                                      I have samsung 2t split a/c on my shop. I am lunch the complain against cooling on 19/04/2008 but at the time my problem can note solve, i am talk with customer care always your executive tell me our executive come today any how but no one cane come at the time, so please tell me what can i do my complain no is [protected]

                                      i bought one samsung 1.5T split AC, two years ago Prabhat Electronics, malancha road, kharagpur, Dist.- paschim medinipu, pin.-721304, West Bengal. from the very first day i am facing disturbance during sleeping time, as a boiling noise comes out from the indoor unit. after my several complaint, to the retailer the company's service person came and told that the noise is occuring dueto installation fault. but today it is more than a week my AC is fully stopped working and i lodged the complaint right after next day it stopped working. no body from customer service has attended the problem but showing excuses that he is the only person to attend the whole district.

                                      Hi,

                                      Had purchased a Samsung Split 2 Ton AC in 2005. Every year since then we have been spending around 2 k on getting the AC to work. Every year it develops a leak a new cylinder with Gas has to be filled in. Then at times the compressor does not work.

                                      Last year had escalated the call and a team of engineers had visited to check the problem. At that time they had promised that the issue would not recur but this year the same has happened.

                                      Please help in getting my issue resolved. I want to get this AC replaced in totality. I dont have any hope that the problem once rectified will not get happen again. This entire unit is faulty and should be replaced.

But after making so many calls again and again, service engineer from Alpha engineering service, chennai came on 26th April and said there is a gas leakage and it has to be taken to their place. Again another person came on 28th and took my unit for filling the gas. After that i am making calls almost everyday to know my status. But the responce is very very poor. I would have get repaired at some other place much earlier than this samsung service. All my household items are almost samsung products. But now i lost faith on samsung just because of very poor service.

                                      As the Computer displayed diskboot error, in the midst of boot up, I have checked my system with Computer experts and they said that the disc is damaged and is to be replaced. As the disc was in the guarantee period, I forwarded the same through your dealer, Iris Systems, Palakottu Complex, Pulamon. P.O., Kottarakkara, Kollam-691531, Tel. No.[protected], 3298454, as per complaint No.10402 dated 16.04.2008. They have forwarded the same to your service Center AMRUTH SOLUTION, 39/1607, Maria Complex, Kannanthodath Lane, Tel.[protected]/[protected]. Today, (the 3rd May, 2008), I was informed that the disc was not replaced but returned with a casual remark affixed on the disc “Socket Broken Sending without service.” On careful scrutiny one can notice that the edge of the plastic at the corner of the socket is tampered, which damage was never there and was never noticed or remarked by me nor by the Computer technician who dismounted it nor the Iris Systems, Kottarakkara, through which it has been sent. It can happen either in transit or with the service people at Cochin, of which I am not sure.

                                      This damage is so minute that it cannot at all be the reason for the defect, of which the service people at Cochin also agreed with me when I talked to them over phone today. I do not understand the rationale, morale and ethics behind the offer of warranty by Samsung for a products like this if they are not taking into consideration the reason for the failure or malfunctioning of their product, but are rejecting their warranty without a genuine reason or logic. Here the dictum, “CUSTOMER IS KING” as said and practiced in many parts of the developed world, is violated. No establishment should provoke, compell and inspire the customers to take the extra burden, including financial, for going after the justice courts and customer grievances cells for getting justice done on commodities they purchase. They should not unnecessarily punish their customers for having purchased a Company’s goods. That is not at all good nor ideal for any individuals or establishments.

                                      I, therefore, hereby, once again request you to kindly consider my case as it is a genuine one and absolve me of further pain and hardships. Please find out the reason for the defect and replace the disc as early as possible as it is on the warranty period. I find no ground in rejecting this replacement.

I am quite unsatisfied with the behaviour the service team has shown. We have purchased a Capacitor from your showroom and brought it on our own only. But the bill you have given and the amount mentioned is inclusive of Labour & installation charges which is Rs. 250. When there was no installation, neither your guys came to our premises than for what are they charging the labour fee..                                       I, had bought a Samsung fully automatic washing machine(product code no - 82TAL) on March 8, 2008 from "Next", Taware Electronics, 47/31c, Ramchandra apts, Aranyeshwar, Taware colony, pune 411009. PH[protected].On the first day of trial found water leakage from the tub due to the hole in the tub. I had complained to the Customer care, service engineer who visited and confirmed deffect.He assured to replace the machine as it is the manufacturing deffect within a week but till date no one has turned up despite making many number of calls except the telephonic assurance nothing is forthcoming.
                                      From one and half month machine is laid ideal in our home. On priority kindly replace the machine.

                                      On 01.05.08 complaint was registered and the complaint no.[protected], regarding non cooling of Samsung 1.5 Split AC, till date i.e. 06.05.08 the problem is unresolved.

                                      Daily in the morning we keep on remaining them the respond we received from Customer Care was the service engineering will be visiting the office before their visit they will make a phone call.

                                      From the day we block the complaint till date (total 6 days) we are receiving the same reply from customer people. Neither we received any phone call nor any service engineers visit.

                                      Sad to say, we didn't except these kind of services.

After few days same problems occurs & technician reported the problem is of Indoor Gas Lekage. In all whole summer 5 types technician visited & not able to rectify the problem. This proof how unefficiant technician are there in the Samsung Company, there was just been recruited to make a fool of customers.

                                      I have purchased a samsung 1.5 ton Window type AC Model No, AWT 18 ZKA from M/s, Bharat Electronics, Tourist complex, Ranchi-834002 on 25th April 2008. In that particular AC machine swing is not working since installation. After several Request over phone and even after personal visit to that particular delear no body has turn up to rectify that problem.If this is the post sale service then I will request every body not to procure samaung product. More over, will I place the matter with local press ?
                                      I purchased one refrigerator model no.RT31ZVPS for Rs.17.6K from Adishwar, outer ring road in Bangalore. The very first day the referigerator started making some noice whenever it was opened. I aked the dealer to look into the same but the concerned person Mr.Harish didn't pay any attention then I called up Samsung service center number[protected] and registered the compliant. Twice their engineer has come and has not been able to rectify the problem and the people in their service team are not at all responding to the calls made. Very pathetic service from such a big conglomerate.
                                      I had purchased a Samsung 1.5 ton window AC on 21st Dec 2006. The AC was working fine for 8 months and the there was a power problem. I had called up the customer care and they immediately sent a service engineer and the A/C was up and running with in 10 days. I was very happy and felt that Samsung really cares for their customers. But I was wrong. I now have another power problem with the A/C where the Display screen flickers and my A/C does not come-up. This problem happened on Apr 22nd. I called up Samsung customer care and they sent a person without booking an appointment with me. Unfortunatley I was not at home. Since then I had called them more that 10 times and they have never sent me a service engineer. When I get frustrated over the phone the guys over there just cut the call. I now feel that the 18, 000 odd bucks that I spent on the A/C has gone waste and I have a thought creeping in my mind that my A/C will never ever be fixed. The Samung Customer care guys are totally irresponsible and they don't care about the customers feelings. I just want to escalate this to the senior management of Samsung India. But I'm unable to find any number. Can sombody help me?

                                      Being a member of Samsung family i have faced such a problem that is not digestable...
                                      I have applied for a CTV with approval number[protected] on date 16.04.2008 I have given the draft for the same as per price list...
                                      But the product has still not reached to the address that i have provided while applying for the product.
                                      Once i enquried the things i find that the ware house has send it to some other address which is very far away from the address that i have provided.
                                      Once i asked the about how much time it will take to reach the correct addess i got the reply in another one month.. today is 30th May 2008, that mean i will get the product in 2.5 months from the date of approval.
                                      Is this the kind of service that is given by the samsung to its employee, i donot know what will be the condition of the normal people...

                                      The Problem is One Way speech at my end i.e. I cannot hear and the caller at the other end is able to hear my speech. Once my mobile is restarted it is good for the next 2 or 3 calls and again this problem comes back.

                                      I am using Samsung Microwave Oven for last 6 years and purchased it from Electroage Sector-35 Chandigarh, India. the door of the microwave C100F broke last month and i registered the complaint to customer care on 26/5/2008 and the complaint was registered. we recieved a call from the local service center and were asked to bring the door to the sevrvice center in panchkula and after calling them so many times they told that the door is out of stock and will be delivered within a week. but later on they told that the door will not be replaced. on asking the solution to the problem they have no answer but just asked to wait for their call and so far no reply has been recieved. i have complainted the same to the customer care center. Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care and the service center. the person namely Ramananuj the local service center head is always busy and not looking to our problem. now i think if no action is taken then i have to move to the consumer court.

                                      I purchased a Samsung TV on 14/04/2008 from Fairdeal Electronice, Rajapuri Chowk, Dwarka, New Delhi. After 2 days one short circuit happened in cabinet. Service person attended the problem but he is not able to solve the problem. He assured that he forwards my case to another service person. After week days another person attened the case but he also not able to do some thing. After a month another person name- Vinay Mobile No-[protected] came to our home & asked that the mother board should be change so again he asked I will get back to you once I get this kit from our ware house. After few days he came with mother board for replacement but he replied that his board was broken due to handling. He again assured that my case will forward to HO for replacement. After a month One vehicle came to my home & taken my TV on 02/07/2008. Till date I have not been received any msg. nor any feedback. What to do

                                      I had purchased a Samsung Micro Wave Oven on[protected] from your distributor
                                      M/s Radionics Home Appliances, Kalpetta, Kerala, India. The model No. is Samsung Micro Wave Oven QW 71x.

                                      From the date of purchase we had used this oven only for heating food and water. It was not at all used for its other capabilities like grilling, making of cakes etc. Some days back the inside coating had started to come off. I had complained this to your distributor and your representative had come to my house. He had taken photographs of the same and conveyed to us that he shall send this peculiar fault to his higher ups.

                                      After some days I got an SMS from [protected] saying that my Complaint had been registered with BP No. [protected].

                                      On[protected] at 9.55 PM IST your representative had called me. He conveyed to that since the guarantee period is over to fix the problem I had to pay nearly INR 2, 000/-. I had conveyed to him that cost of fixing the fault is not my concern. I don’t mind spending to fix the problem but whether the same fault will appear in future. I specifically had asked him to fix the problem but I want in writing from Samsung as to how and why this problem had occurred ?

                                      Today ie.[protected] at 11.550 AM IST I got an SMS from [protected] stating that my call had been cancelled as Repair cost had not been approved by me. How ridiculous and irresponsible !!!

                                      Pls. bear in mind that I am writing this letter NOT TO GET COMPENSATION or TO GET ANY FAVOURS FROM SAMSUNG. But I want to know how & why this had happened that too from an Internationally renowned Company like Samsung.

                                      Hope you will look into the matter as this is a question of your QUALITY CONTROL and CUSTOMER SATISFATION.

                                      i have purchased a samsung mobile last year " Samsung Slik SGH - J600 " IMEI No. [protected] on 30/10/07 from Panipat Haryana - India, the problem is after using it for 2-3 months the keypad stopped working and software was also not working properly, i submitted the mobile to samsung service center in panipat " ACE Services Model Town panipat " they comitted the date that i will get the mobile within 10 days but i recieved after almost 2 months . and now after using is for another 2-3 months i am facing another probem - 1) Mobile switches off automatically 2) though the mobile is on but if somebody calls, it shows that mobile has been switched off though it is on 3) if we put the slider up then again it switches off . in just a span of 10 months i am facing a problem again and submit the mobile today dated 26-08-08, they comitted that it will take 10 days but i am not sure of it . please help me out on this as i dont think set is ok and please replace it with a new set ..

                                      We bought a samsung RA23YV from Dawar International - Gurgaon on July 15, 2008. From the very initial period we are constantly facing a problem - once the door is closed it gets stuck and would not open for atleast 10 mins. It seems vacuum gets created and all our strength becomes useless to open it. We have complained twice (Complaint No[protected]. We are told this this is due to moisture and were given some temporary ways to get rid of the problem. However, none of them worked and we still continue to face the problem. If moisture content in the environment is the major reason, I wonder why this is applicable only to our refrigerator. None other in our locality is facing this problem. Request please look into this matter very seriously and if possible please find a way to replace this unit. Being a new refrigerator, we are very much concerned about this problem. As you would understand this is a recurring problem and we are facing tremendous dif! ficulty in day-to-day usage.Looking forward to your support in resoving this issue.

Then service team came and took the TV to their service center on[protected], they taken three days for service... they said like the picture tube has gone, we replaced it now, so here after no problem will occour on[protected]... But after that i had same problem.. then i called to the service center( 3rd time).. i registered my complaint... but still i didnt get any response fron your service center.. I dont know, how step forward this... Really i fedup.. Please make a quick arrangement to solve my problem..

You are requested to look into the matter and solve it as early as possible.

                                      My name is Varun Bhardwaj. I am writing this mail from Bangalore about my T.V set which is in Mathura, U.P. I am bound to do so because no one at that place is giving proper service to my family. Moreover service executive of Samsung creates a lot of problems for us.

                                      I have a T.V set which is not in warranty now. We were facing some problem I that so we made request to service centre. An executive came to our place and told us that there are a little bit problems so he will do it hr only later on as he doesn’t have the required part right now. After some time on 11th august he again came and told my family hat he have to bring some part from my television to service centre and he will repair it and give back us soon. But for 10 days we didn’t have any call from him. After that when we traced him he told us sir it’s not repairable and give us back that part on 29th of august.

                                      My father went to service centre and complaint about it but nobody giving proper response then he made a call on customer care and registered the complaint as complaint no is [protected]. Service centre executive assure my father that very soon they will resolve this issue. But nobody contacted us till now. And my T.V. set is still not repaired.

                                      As your service executive changed his statements a lot of time. First he told us it’s repairable and have a minor problem then after 18 days he told us hat it’s not repairable now. And for those 18 days he kept my T.V. parts. So I am very sure his act is not trustful and he must theft something and now just because of his own profit he give us back wrong or faulty part which is not repairable as per his second 4th statement. We are bearing such type of service from Samsung. Is it the service strategy of Samsung?

                                      In 18days he changed his statement a lot of time. And I am sure that he tempered my TV. Parts. Customer care executive assured my father that an executive will visit my place and he will see what that executive did to our TV set. Soon nobody came to my place and from last 30 days we are just waiting

                                      So it’s a request to resolve this issue or I will be bound to go to consumer court and write to senior authorities of Samsung. I am very much frustrated no one is giving proper response. Because I didn’t receive any satisfactory reply and resolution till now.

                                      The battery back up is very poor and one unique major problem is -it automatically power off/restarts while making calls or messaging, which creates a big problem along with confusions.i have complained this to the person from whom i have purchased the set but he said it is the common feature which i found correct after enquiring with other Samsung mobile users.I really wish to change my set but unable to do so as i am not economically sound and also got the same set as a gift from my mother.kindly do the best possible solution for which i ll be ever grateful..

                                      We had bought a samsung cdma phone SCH-F679. on .17.06.2008. After one month is started giving problem..the screen turned white.

                                      The local Samsung service centre in moti nagar after repeated visits said we are unable to repair it and you go to nehru place service centre.

                                      We then went all the way to nehru place which is 35kms away and deposited the phone on 3/9/2008 with assurance that it will be repaired in a week. Our work order number is [protected] dated 3/9/08 token 101.

                                      And even after repeated effort to contact regarding the status we are told that it will take more time and parts are not available.

                                      Please explain that way even after one month of you are unable to repair the phone. And of course the warranty period is also going away.

                                      I have suffered a lot of pain, loss and agony due to this deficient service on your part. I feel being cheated by a big company of your repute.

                                      I would like to demand a refund of my money or a brand new replacement immediately. I have lost faith in your products, it’s ability to provide me good service and unfit for use.

                                      Please let me know once and for all finally, if you are taking any immediate and urgent action to resolve this matter or would like us to take legal action and approach the designated authority for justice on the matter.

                                      I had purchased a samsung ctv 2 inches 40% slimmer with whoopher in feb 2008. since las one month it was creating a problem. so i had given a complaing. the complaing was attended and one of my part was taken a 20 days back. since then neither they are replacing the part nor any standby has been given yet. when contacted to the service provider at kalyan, they are always telling to give 3 more days. now even after 20 days and even talking to the tall free number nothing has been done. i don't know what type of service they are providing. i can rate it as "GHATIYA". every body had insisted to me buy LG but i went for this, now i am feeling bad. i will tell all i know that not to buy any samsung product. also i am going to consumer court. i will see that the samsung sale in kalyan is no more or less. i don't know if the part is not available then why they are not replacing the tv.

                                      After trusting on theSamsung in line of other companies of japan or korea I had buy foru appliances namely d/d refrigerator, washing machine, tv & microwave. few time washing machine got faults which repaired. But one funni thing I noticed when my microwave which i have used very rarely got fault,

                                      the fault is when open its door it starts running & after shutting the door it stopped. we rarely use the microwave as we r not fod of cooking on it .after lodging a conplaint a sevice man came & asked the problem we explained. he opened it & checked with his meter one or two point & straight away told us that it will cost around 2800/-hundred rs.i asked him what is the problem he replied the PCB will be changed. being in engineering profession i asked which part of PCB is faulty he said the IC is to be changed he replied no it cannot possible you have to change whole PCB. I told him that it was sparingly used how it got fault he didnot replied satisfactorily my answer. then I asked him if I got repair it through you then for how many time the gaurantee would be there he replied that only for one month.

                                      Being a company of repute like LG, hitachee, sony, mitsubishi, & other how your company is scorching the costumers hard earned money by after sale monopoly. you just tell me that just for a small componant why the whole PCB should be changed in a country like INDIA where lot of street technicians are available.It is not usa . or other country where the technicians are highly paid & are very less. your company or the technician is robbing the costumer who has get in your net .where for small part the costumer will knock shop to shop. I know that it is some how trouble some but not impossible to get it repair. But think YOU Peoples are doing business in the perifery of MR&RTP ACT which is not fare you should think over this monopoly trade practice & help the costumers so they may attract towards you Not irretate with the after sale snatching their money.

                                      I bought a Samsung 21 inches TV, 2 and a half months back. Though I had not used any Samsung products, I thought Samsung products are good. One fine sunny afternoon all of a sudden the TV display went off. My complaint at Samsung service center on Oct 9, 2008 was attended by a person and told me that motherboard is gone due to lightning( :) easy for them to include in warranty and tell a reason to avoid the poor quality of their product). There was no rain or even clouds. Hot Sunny Chennai noon.
                                      They asked for 10 days to get a replacement part. 9 th day I called them and they told me that it will be done next day. Next day again I called called them as there was no call from then and was told that the part has not arrived and will take another five days. It is Diwali festival season you know how desperate people in the family expect to watch TV program. We have another Sony TV that is 15 years old that has seen all the lightings( :) ) and all and is working good. I had lost all the trust with Samsung, and the way the service agents responded was like.. with we dont care attitude. Dont buy Samsung, the product and Service - both sucks.

                                      As a loyal customer of Samsung products, I bought an AC (model no: 24 NA split, invoice no. 29/2844) from Bela Enterprises (opp. Aradhana talkies) in Vadodara (Gujarat) on October 17, 2008. The AC model (24 NA, price Rs 28, 500) supplied by the dealer (Mr Dhananjay) was damaged (with failed compressor) even before it was installed. After four days of repeated requests, the AC was finally replaced only on October 22, 2008, that too with an older version (24 FJ) which cost Rs 27, 700 (Rs 800 less than the earlier model). The dealer said that they don't have the same model and therefore we decided to get the earlier model.
                                      We accepted the model taking in to account the prompt services offered by Samsung service centre. The dealer of Bela Electronics, Mr Dhananjay said that he would pay back the difference as soon as we give him the old (24 NA) invoice. However, even after three days of providing him with the invoice, Mr Dhananjay unnecessarily delaying the payment of the difference.
                                      On October 26, 2008 when I approached him for the same he told me to talk to the company directly. When I insisted that he should give it in written, Mr Dhananjay misbehaved and told me to get out of his shop. He further dared me to do whatever I can to get Rs 800. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Samsung company-owned showroom. It is an insult to a loyal customer. The dealer is behaving like a goon.
                                      The objective this complaint is to bring to your notice as to how people like Mr Dhananjay take customers for granted. After several failed attempts to take my money back from the dealer I called up the service centre head in Vadodara. Head of the service centre in Vadodara Mr Vijay was polite and told me that it is the dealer who is responsible for the payment of the difference. I am both, upset and hurt with the way the dealer (Mr Dhananjay) have spoken to me over the period of eight days. I deserve a written apology from the dealer.

                                      Samsung — brand new DVD player not repaired by Samsung

                                      I bought a DVD player P480 of Samsung on Sep 19, 2008.

                                      On Oct 29, it stopped reading the DVDs. On Oct 30, 2008, I complained at the Samsung Call centre (Phone[protected] regrding the fault with the BP no. [protected].

                                      I was told that complaint will be resolved within 24 HRs.

                                      One engineer visited after 48 Hrs. and told us that one moter which revolves the disc needs replacement and will be done the next day.

                                      Neither anyone came to fix it nor any one called after that.

                                      After that day, I started following up for the rectification almost every day and no one turned up.

                                      On Nov 8, 2008, I requested the call centre that they should relace the DVD player of refund the money since they are not able to service it.

                                      On Nov 11, 2008 I got a cll from one Mr. Vikesh Choudhary from Samsung (Mobile no. [protected]) who told me that an engineer will visit us and he will either replace/refund the DVd player.

                                      Nothing happened.

                                      I followed up with Mr. Choudhary on Nov 14, reminding of his obligation. He promised me a phone call. No one called, forget any replacement/refund.

                                      On Nov 15, I once again requested the call centre to look in to it. They promised me an action from higher authorities.

                                      Nothing has happened so far. No one has visited. No phone call has come to us. No refund/replacement has been done so far.

                                      This is the state of affairs in your Samsung.

                                      Please tell me why should I not go to consumer court for redressel?

                                      I have given my samsung handset on 03 september 2008, which was under warranty period for servicing to Janakpuri New Delhi Samsung service center as it was not functioning just after period of 10 months from purchasing.

                                      I was commited from the service center that i would recieve the handset in 10 days only, now almost 3 months have passed away & service center is refusing to provided me with my handset.

                                      Please ask the company or the service center to give me my mobile back else pay me the compensation,

                                      Samsung — Samsung's LCD TV

                                      Dear distinguished Sir,
                                      I have bought an LCD TV of Samsung (modeled LA40N71BX) on May 7, 2007 in the local electronics chain store, Su Ning electronics store, in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It was installed in my house on Juen 22, 2007. After not more than half an year, the screen of this TV turned black with only sounds of the programme. So we asked the after-selling service department of Samsung in China to repair it . After three times' repairement it did not work at all. Then the headquater of the after-selling service department of Samsung in Beijing, China, offered a new screen for me for free on 26 December, 2007. But still after a short time just before the earthquake of this year the same problem occured again! At that time my husband informed the after-selling service department of Samsung in China, and they advised us to continue to observe it. That's exactly before this year's earthquake happed in my province, Sichuan, in the May of 2008. After the earthquake, when we calmed down we still noticed the problem once in a while . On the evnng of November 25, 2008, it totally turned into a blank with a little dark light on my TVsreen. I informed the after-selling service department of Samsung in China of this bad news, they send a repairman the next day and the repairmen examinde my TV carefully with a conllusion that it was the problem of the screen again!
                                      But this time the after-selling service department of Samsung in Beijing, China, refused to exchange a new and qualified LCD screen for me for free, because, as they insisted, the time of guarantee of my TV was expired . I doubted weather they referred to authorized three gurantees for the TV products. According to it, all the TV products should be guranteed a free repairment, or exchange afted three usesless repairment wihtin one year, and if some parts of the TV products have been exchanged, the time for the three gurantees should be renewed. That means my TV screen should be exchanged with a new one for free. But they insisted on charging me for a new one.
                                      I have three questions:
                                      1. since there is no specific law to regulate the three gurantees for LCD TV products in China, to which law or rule does Samsung refer ?What's more, according to it, all the TV produces should be guranteed a free repairment, or exchange afted three usesless repairment wihtin one year, and if some parts of the TV products have been exchanged, the time for the three gurantees should be renewed.
                                      2. if Samsung referrs to the normal TVproduces ' three gurantees law in China, Samsung should be well aware of the regulations in this law that a color TV should be guranteed for one year, with its main parts such as display tube within at least 3 years. Since an LCD TV has no display tube, its LCD screen should be its main part as display tube to a color TV.
                                      3. As the same problem has happend to the sme part of my LCD TV which was exchanged not more than one year ago, how could the after-selling service department of Samsung in China calculated its gurantee time from the very beginning of the buying.
                                      I stongly object to the policy and attitude of Samsung towards its consumer! I strongly throw doubt on the quality of any Samsung's products! I confirmly require Samsung to exchange a new TV screen for me for free and also provede me an authorized written gurantee for the quality of it with a renewal of the gurantee time.

All my electronic products are from SAMSUNG 3 TVs, 1 Washing Machine, And I borrowed money and bought an LCD 42 Inches, for my father who was suffering from Cancer, for a sum of Rs.100, 000/-.(He is no more).
                                      This TV after a year packed up today, and I am very very upset, not for the cost but for the fact that my father was always in praise of SAMSUNG TV. Today is his 5th month of our loss, and this TV packed up. I am very upset, and i called your call center who wants rs.3500/- for a visit, spares extra.

                                      I wanna ask u dat if d customers do not get honest warranty, then y u provide dis facility?? Ur authorized service centre’s are meant for original equipments, but then also v r not able to get a satisfactory service nd genuine spare parts from them.

                                      I'm having worst experience with samsung, i bouht a fully automatic washing machine from the so called company samsung. Within six months the trouble started. On giving complaint to there customer care, service person came and left saying he will come with replacement part and till now he has turned up. daily i'm calling to cutomer care but for no use every time a get respone that they dont have the replacement part in store. I really wonder a company like samsung dont have small part in the store. Now i'm afraid to suggest some one buying the products of this company. Hope samsungs contacs me soon and resole the same.
