[Resolved]  SBI ATM Cum Debit Card — Amount debited from account but payment not done.

Dear Sir,

This is reference of A/c No #[protected]# SBI BANK chakurata road saharanpur. On 31th july 2010 I attempted to withdraw Rs 1000 from OBC ATM Machine manak mau sugar mill saharanpur but transaction is complete and cash not delivered by machine.ATM but showing cash Debited. please solve as soon as possible .

atm cum debit card of state bank of india — withdrawal of Rs.20000/ by another person

I withdraw Rs.200/-on 29/6/2010 from my card but when we check the balance
it is veiw that an another entry of withdrawl of rs.20000/- on same date.when i complait in bank the bank officer told me that another person will draw out your Rs.20000/-
as per the above i will discuss the matter with bank official i have to conclsion that due to late operating of SBI ATM machine my money is gone.

SBI, Nand Nagri — Debiting my account without withdrawal

Dear Sir
This was complaint sent to Customer care on 23rd December regarding my problem, but other than a confirmation that this mail has been forwarded to related branch manager, No action has been taken. Moreover I have been asked to come to Bank daily in the morning and then asked to visit branch in the evening after 4 PM, But same answer that, This money cannot be credited back by me but lets see, come tomorrow.

This to get your attention regarding problem faced by me in recent past.

In August 2010 my account was debited with Rs 500 without using my card.
After enquiry I found that this amount is withdrawn from ATM using a diffrent card, Card No[protected]. On raising complaint (Comp. No.8AT[protected]) Rs 500 was credited back in my account, Also I gave request to cancell the Card which is not of my account.

Now in November 2010 again I faced same problem
On 19/11/2010 Rs 2000 was debited from my account
On 26/11/2010 Rs 1000 was debited from my account
When I complaint about it I found that these amounts have been withrawed from ATM using the same card which is not associated to my account.[protected]
Complaint No. are AT[protected] and AT[protected].

TAT of 12 days was given to me and on enquiring after TAT I found that my complaints have been closed and Customer Care personnal asked me to visit branch and talk to branch manager.
I went to branch and Manager asked me to talk to Cust. Care again
I was forced to move in this loop 3 times, moreover manager asked me to visit branch at 4 PM when I went to him in the morning.
Manager told me that we have not recieved any amount from Head Office so He cannot give me credit of Rs 3000
When I called Cust Care, Customer Care personnal asked me to visit branch and talk to branch manager.

After all this humiliation, When I visited branch, Manager again asked me to contact customer care, I called customer care at that very movement in front of manager and made the Cust. support executive talk to the Manager.
They argued with eash other but no sollution for my problem and Branch manager refused to talk and take responsibility of ot giving proper information.
Executive from cust. support advised me to write a mail to helpline.
I dont expect this type of behaviour from a Nationised bank having largest number of branches in INDIA.
I have been harrased a lot and request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Yesterday i.e, 15/04/2011 I bought a Nike shoe with SBI ATM Debit Card from Winner Sports Pvt. Ltd. Guwahati paying Rs.4849/- and a Jeans pant from Dreamland, Ganeshguri paying Rs.1000/-. The total should be Rs. Rs.5849/- but from my account Rs.(4849X2)+(1000X2)=Rs.11698/- have been deducted. Now, I am feeling very sad losing my hard earned money for no fault of mine. YESTERDAY NIGHT I HAVE TRYING TO BOOK RAILWAY TICKET FROM KGP TO PURI THOURGH IRCTC SITE BY USING BY SBI DEBIT CARD. IN FIRST TIME MY TRANCTION WAS FAILED AT LAST STAGE FOR ERROR 500(AS APPEARED IN COMPUTER ),THEN I TRIED AGAIN & IN SECOND TIME I AM ABLE TO BUY TICKET

account starting when i was working as a soldiar in sikkim, ie Nov 2009.
MY problem is that i will not collect the PIN no.of my card no.[protected]
How will u collect the pin no.of my ATM.if it is workable or not.
please make necessary steps to resolve my problem.

i have account with SBI durg main branch Ganjpara. i am open account on 15 December 2011.and not get my ATM. again reissue ATM form in 18 january 2012. again not get my ATM and i have complaint in SBI and complaint no in cc[protected]. sir i want to know that how much time will be take for my ATM.
