Dear Sir,
On[protected], in the evening I had withdrawn Rs. 5000/- from SBI ATM in Ghatkopar(E) between 8.30 pm to 9.30 PM. I have a savings account (A/c no : [protected]) in SBI, IIT-Powai branch.
When I checked my account balance online on Monday[protected] in the evening, I found that 5000/- has been debited TWICE (i.e. in all Rs. 10000/- ) against my account with same ATM transaction no. (3936)
I had already given a complain letter regarding this, to the Customer Relation Officer in SBI, IIT-Powai on Tuesday, [protected]. Also, I had gone to the bank on Friday[protected] to enquire. But the Customer Relation officer told me to wait for 2 days.
The fact is that, till today[protected] I haven't got my money back.
Sir, Please look into this matter or please guide me what should i do?

online connection with gesbi & sbi — cannot view my accounts
I had registered my online connections with the above companies. I used it frequently except for the last two months. Now I cannot I am not view my accounts. My connections are blocked for reasons not conveyed to me.
