Wrong Charges & Withholding Information

MY CC statement contains a cheque pick up fee for a month when no one came and picked up any cheque. When the so called helpline was called, an incapable and utterly rude woman answered the call and could not assist and explain why the charge is there. All I wanted to know is why this charge is showing and can you give me the cheque number? She refused to answer any question of mine and when I said I would not pay anything till an answer...

not able to print out the application form

Sir my registration number is 5480109.I haven't taken out the print out of the form at the time of submission.when I try to enter the section of reprint it displayed "please take out the printout after 31St May".But now nothing is available in the bank's website and now if I am going to the website there is no option for printing out the application form.Please inform me whether I will be able to give the exam or not....

i have successfully submitted my application for clerk recruitment before 31.5.2008. But, after 31.5.2008 I am unable to take out print of my Admit card for the examination. please help me in getting printed my admit card....

Reprint of application form not available

I am not able to take the re-print of the application form. I was having many troubles while submitting the form. However, the submission of the application form was successful afetr 2 days for the last day of submission. I was unable to take a print of the application form and was given an option to take a re-print after 15th June. Now the option is not available to take a re-print....
