State Bank of India — POOR COMMUNICATION

SBI staffs are don`t know how to welcom their customer.in state bank i was observed that they are not giving respect to their customer and they dont know how treat them, if we dont know some procedures means insted of giving information about that procedure without honesty they will shout like anything

I am Satyendra Prasad son of Singhasan Prasad, submitted the fee to the SBI and my J. No. is[protected] sent on Dated[protected] for the post of clerk. After that I tried to Online but I could not got the application. So please kindly consider the matter and do inform to my mail about the solution. If not then please tell me who is the contact person regarding this matter and kindly give his/her mail id or phone number which is the better way for the communication regarding the matter.
