SBI Clerk Recruitment — change of email address

Dear sir,
I need help in changing my email address. I had sent an email regarding the same to sbi but no one replied. Can anyone please help resolving this issue

I was opened my sbi account in nelson manickam road branch(Chennai), that time i was given my id proofs and everything, now am moving to mugappair, am living in rental house, so i want to change my communication address in my sbi account, i went to branch and asking about change of address, but they are asking address proof of new resi, how i have my new address proof, because am going to rental house, kindly give me the solution plz...

I have account in SBI ( Sachin Branch) surat. I want to shift my address as well as my account to Vadodara as i had shifted to vadodara. Please help me in this matter

I have an account in SBI Vijaynagar Branch- Recently i shifted towards Mukherjee Nagar in a rented accommodation. When i went to the branch to ahve my address changed they did not do so. They said show that the house is in your name or that electricity or telephone connection is in your name. When i told them that i am living in a rented accommodation and gave them a copy of my rent agreement also, they said this will not suffice and they cannot change the address on this basis. I also gave them a copy of the electricity bill in the name of the landlord but they declined to accept the same.
I am little surprised that the branch is not ready to change the communication address. What is the use of a branch being a CBS one then?
Kindly tell me what is the option available for me to change the address ...
