[Resolved]  SBI Debit Card — LOSS OF DEBIT CARD INTIMATION

I lost my A.T.M. Card my account no. Is [protected]

i received my sbi debit card through post one year back.but not got PIN no in the bank. i have not used the card since then. can u please help me apply for PIN no and how.i hold my account in doranda, sbi main branch, sbi.

My SBI ATMCUM DEBIT CARD No.[protected] and my SB Account with Siddaroodhmath Branch, Hubli, Karnatka-580 024, my residential address ;11, Navaneet, Ganeshnagar, Anandnagar Road, Hubli-580 024.

My above said ATM card magnatic strip half portion seperated from card and centre of the card is broken and printed Number on the card is not properly visible, many times during shopping card is refused by shopping outlets.

kindly arrange to issue new card and necessary fees may be debited to my account.

My State bank of india saving account no. is - [protected]. i do not receive my debit card till Date, my accunt will be open approx 1.6 year ago,i have given written application to SBI Branch but all in vein.they are not taking any inititaing to my concern problem,now i am very annoyed with the response from SBI branch.
