SBI car Loan

Dear Sir,

I have taken a car loan from SBI bank. due date of cheque is 15 of every month. in Jun 08, due to sunday on 15, it was presented in their account on 14th and it has been hit in my acccount on the 16th around 1 PM. Please suggest if I am faulty in this case.

Unfair CIBIL Report

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have never used credit card of CITI bank or State Bank. I do not have any outstanding of any bank. Still Bank is not giving me loan because there is some credit card amount overdue in my name from CITI and SBI as per CIBIL Report. I am folowing up the matter with CITI bank and SBI but they are saying "they cannot do anything" and CIBIL is saying "they will not rectify their record untill...

Encashment amount

Since may'08 I have dispute with "SBI credit card". I have already logged complains (two times), made lots of phone calls to resolve my dispute but till now no result found. Below is the mail and it's response which forwarded by me time to time.

non receipt of sbi card statement

i have been mailing this bank to give me online transaction rights, but these people seem to be sleeping...
