[Resolved]  SBI Debit Card — LOSS OF DEBIT CARD INTIMATION

hai my name is ravuri naga rajesh apparao, my account no [protected], i lost my debit card, pls block my debit card, my contact no [protected]

I walke gajanan sampatrao my ATM card no.[protected] deliver by Ambajogai Branch(Maharastra ) I deposited Rs, 700/- on 10/2/2011 and withdraw Rs100/- on same day the transiction is ok .But on 10/3/2011 I deposited Rs9500 /- on same account no[protected] Available balance shows Rs 10050/- But cash can not withdraw by ATM on slip written massage is sorry unable to process
Please note my urgency and procced for further transction on my ATM card my mobile [protected]

Dear Sir,
I am having SBI ATM cum Debit card No.[protected] and my saving account No. is[protected] with SBI, B-156 Sector-36 Noida (U.P.) On 28.05.2011 at 12:20 pm, when I withdrawal cash from Standerd Chartered Bank (ATM), by mistake i put the wrong pin no. The card was blocked in the machine. I infromed the security guard, Cashiar and also Manager of the Standerd Chartered Bank Branch Sector-18 Noida (U.P.). They asked that the new card issued by your bank.
You are requested to please cancil my abovementioned card and issue a fresh debit card. Your early action in this matter is highly appriciated.

my atm debit card not authorised while booking Rly ticket but amount has been deducted from my said account. Please refund the amount to my said account and apprise me the reason for non authorisation and present status of the ATM Debit Card.
