[Resolved]  SBI Tata Credit Card — cancellation of card

Dear sir,
i am p.thippareddy having tata credit sbi card, it was already expaired validity, but i want settlelement of amount for that i spoked with custmercare they told me we will inform you with in a week but from last 10days i am waiting no responce form your custmercare, please confirm me my account details i want to settle immideitly, my card no. TATA SBI CARD Credit Limit is 10, 000

My complaints is I have already SBI Credit card and credit limit is 89, 000 - Now without information reduced SBI Credit card Limit is 79000 only because

Split the credit limit 10, 000 in TATA SBI CARD - and paid annual fee 499.00 this card and SBI Credit card annual fee 499.00 its fraud

I don't want TATA SBI Card - and I am not interest to pay annual fee 499.00 Please tell How to Cancel the TATA SBI Card.

I have requested for cancellation of my Tata SBI credit card and have not received positive response from the concerned persons over there, this situation is as such the no one even cares at mail and no one reply to my email even after many days.

The service and the response from Tata card is not appealing and never expected this would be so de rioting .

I have forced to pay annual feel of 500 and late payment fee of 350 on 500 rs this no, jus appears to be ridiculous .

Could anyone help me out with the procedure of cancellation of this card, and the person to contact

I just want to cancel TATA Credit card. These guys are never care about customers. They charged me FIN charges though I had refund before due date. My refund was around 70K and I didn't want to pay 70K and get refund to my account from merchant.I have tried to call the customer care no and its IVR which never directs me to customer care rep (there is no option for reaching cust. care rep). So I mailed customer care and received pre-text reply saying the bill was not paid before due date. I replied to that mail explaining my issue and never got a response. Then I escalated to Level-1 to [protected]@tatacard.com. No response from them. Now, I have escalated to Level-2 to [protected]@sbicard.com. I hope they respond to this level-2 escalation.

All I need now is, I want to cancel this TATA credit card and get a peace of mind. But I have explored few options which I do not expect them work correctly. All the customer care nos are not proper which will allow me to talk to somebody in customer care.

I want the customer care number of tata card where I can file my complaint. Every time I call its ivr.I have applied for a titanium card they have sent me a platinum card.now have to pay 2999 as annual fee. I have mailed them to convert it in titanium but still I hvnt got any proper answer.

I applied for a TATA card. I was told, its joining fees will be 500. and i will get 500 points if i will do shoping for 2000 rs in 2 months.
But after 50 days i got a message from TATASBI that my cards fees is 580 rs and a date was mentioned to pay the bills.
now first of all tell me, i have not received any card yet and i have been messaged to pay the fees.
seriously is this your service, ? such a dumbo company, i have not seen. saale, chu*iye, caard abi aaya ni h, bill pehle hi aa gea.
and then after further one month, message aata h, , to pay 780 rs.
why dont you compny get [censored] off ?? compny bnd krdo, bh*nch*do.
saalo card to deliver krdo, bill bhi bhr dunga.

I paid entire amount in the card. Please process Closing my Credit Card or let me know what what things i have to do to close the account.

Dear Sir

I have received tata card just now.

At the time of joining executive told that there will not be any annual fee.
He met me at starbazar thane & told i will get the good points for purchase
at star bazar.

At the time of discussion of senior executive he has told that fee will be Rs 3000 for platinum card but will be reimbursed by free offers from jabong and other companies.


Now with the card I have got 3000 a joining & 3000 as annula fee.
And I cam to know through net to get the free offer I have to spend Rs 200000 in a year,

It is a total waste of time & cheating, Please intimate how I can cancel this
card & avoid any fees.
