I'm a corporate customer, working in Scope international. I had the service of STD for a months time, but surprisingly it is deactivated 2 days back and I wonder how it can happen in between. The same has been given as a complaint in the customer care no solution as of now. Again given the complaint to the marketing person no response. Let me know what is the problem you have in activating the same and why this inbetween disconnection which is unacceptable. If this continue again I may not be going for the connection anymore.
