Scope International — PF not withdrawn

I left organization on 6th Oct 2010, tried withdrawing my PF in 2015, sent all required documents to Chennai (post assistance from help line).But they asked form 16 later and kept the form on hold.I have not yet withdrawn PF till date. My PF no is TN/49399/015258.want to withdraw my PF.
