Scope International — PF amount not received

I have relieved from scope international on june 2011, i applied to claim my pf amount before 2 years, i have submitted all the documents like form19, form 15g, i have sent filled in forms through courier twice and i went to the office in person, and i submitted the documents twice, but there is no response from the pf department of this company,

I didnt get any response from pf department of scope international after applying for my pf more 4 times,

Please higher authorities intervene in this issue and help to solve my pf amount to claim,

Since i have bank loans and its pandemic situation and i am not working and i dont have no other income

Please help me to claim my pf, thank you all..
