Service — no activation of pre paid

I have aplied for the new tat indicom pre paid connection on *th of november.200and i got the pre paid sim card after 5 dyas n aftr al d legal formalities have bee n confirmed by the customer care. my card has not been yet activated til date 15/11/2008. as its very urgent i dnt know what shall i do. as mim not getting any proper reponse in this regard.

Service — Coercion by traffic police

I had parked my car near the Chatturshringi chowpati on May 31st 2009 at around 12.45 pm. I checked to confirm if there was any No Parking board. There wasn't any. Since my mobile phone does not have a camera, I could not take a picture.

I came within 5 mins of parking to find that the police was trying to fix a jammer to my car. I told them not to do so. They asked me talk to the police. The police asked me for 300 rupees. I asked him where the No Parking board was. He answered as though, a driver shoudl imagine that it is no parking here. I protested, but in vain. Later he gave me a receipt for Rs 100. I asked him what about the balance 200, for which he said that it was towards the jammer; which was never put to the car. Moreover, the receipt for 200 also, does not mention that it is for jammer.

Since, I was in a hurry due to some emergency, I chose not to fight. However, this is purely an act of meeting targets given by the department, for which we suffer.

Service — misbehaving of ticket checker in ypr-howrah exp

yesterday i have got waitng in A/C two tier my no was 5 and 6 but he (tte) behaved me like i m someone els who doesnt have the ticket he said to get out from the train and go home i cant help you even though there was a army man who tryes to help us but he deined i forgot the name (TTE) but i can tell he was the (TTE) from banglore in the date of 31/5/09 in ypr-howrah exp

This is with reference to my phone No: [protected]. I have put a request for change of address and for that i have submitted the rent agreement copy to your dealer ( Connexions, Shop no:251, sector No; 37C, Chandigarh ) on 17th june 2009. Inspite of puting lots of reminders, My outgoing call facilities is still not working.

I have called at 121 many times but not able to get any responce.

It is really very surprising that the company like Airtel is deficite in services.

Can i expect an immidiate responce or i have to look for another option.

Service — encroachment and unhygienic environment around

it has been 30 years since we are staying at our house which is located in murliwala kuan sabzi mandi, ghanta ghar, delhi 110007. It has now become a big pain to stay here now due to many of the reasons mentioned below:
1) Encroachment on the road in font of our house and in the whole mandi inspite of having their own shops.We have lost our right to come to our own house on vehicle at any point of time.

2) vegitable sellers not at all take care of the cleanliness. they throw all their waste in the middle of the road causing danger to our health. many a times our family members have slipped and got fractured due to un attended garbage thrown in the middle of the road at night.if someone comes between 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM in the morning you will feel as if you are entering a dustbin with cow dung, wrotten vegitables, polythenes, containers and other stuff lying all across the road. this shows the failure of mcd to keep delhi clean causing lot of health hazard to our life. It may even cause many diseases due to allowing the vegetable sellers to throw garbade in the middle of the road.Please find attached the photographs of the location to see the situation every night. Even stray cows are found roaming here and there in the streets between 8:00PM to 10:30 PM in the night which also sometimes results in the accidents to the two wheelers.

3)It is pain to see that a very few of times mcd has thought of taking some action to remove the encroachment but it was just an eyewash and you will not see the next day that anything had happened here.

I would request the government to take a strong action on the same to avoid any health hazard to the people staying nearby and to stop spreading of any kind of epidemic due to the same.
