The description of the situation is what has been there in the sabzi mandi for many years and no improvement action is being taken care of by MCD. MCD is sleeping and waiting for some epidemic to spread before it will take some action. Even i have complaint for taking some action to disallow the vegetable sellers to stop throwing garbage being in the middle of the road every night, but it was of no use. No response comes from the government.
As correctly mentioned by Anuj above, If you come between 10:30PM to 7:00 AM in Mirli wala kuan sabzi mandi any day you will find the mandi as a dustbin and it becomes very difficult for us to want on the road between that time...
BJP elected member of the MCD for the region is of no use. He doesn't have any interest in making the place easy to live-in. I would adress government to take strong action in making this city clean and easy to live-in.

Service — Incorrect medicine details on the bill
Hi,Sub: Complaint with respect to incorrect bill written by the Pharmacist.
Today i went to the medical shop to get some medicines and asked for the bill. However, while creating the bill the pharmacist wrote the Batch No (B.No)/Expiry arbitrarily (without seeing the actual batch no details on the tablet strip).
The details of the Pharmacist are mentioned below:

Service — poor service
Speed Car Help Line,This is to bring to your notice that I am having a Maruti Versa Car Regn. No. DL-9CJ-2551 was registered with you for on-road service vide membership number 68239.
Quite unfortunately, you have played a fraud on me by not giving any service at all on 28th & 29 September 2010. This has put in a situation wherein I am compelled to as for the refund of the amount paid by me towards membership, that is, Rs 499 vide receipt number 1321 dated 18 June 2010.
On 28th Sept - unfortunate day, I did called up your customer care at 1pm but till 6.30pm in the evening despite at least 50 calls no body came for servicing the call. Complaint number 468.
Further, your customer care kept on saying that "our mechanic is reaching Okhla", "he is in Okhla" but nothing came up. The same incident happened on 29th September 2010. Complaint number 500.
To further play a fruad on me - I was given a number [protected] belonging to Shift Manager "Gaurav" which was switched off. The height was that when customer care asked how to contact such a person if no body is servicing and above mobile is switched off they kept on repeating that you have to talk to this man only.
Kindly let me know if Speed is giving some service or is a sham organisation only handling calls and not providing any service.
Hope to get a reply at least this is one thing that you are doing.
