How many days do you need to take action? Do you update on the complaint action?

Hi I am resident of R. K. Puram and travels daily to Hi tech city. I usually go by my personal car but i am longing for bus service which takes me from R. K. puram to hitech city, which very much effort i came to know the bus number 10H/16H but the problem is I am not able to find the timings and the bus stoppage name so that I could use it.
