Shares — taking money and not acted to transfer

The facts are as under:
My self is Arun Kumar Gandhi. My D. Mat is maintained previously from Stephen House and now shifted to Alipore. My wife Rita Gandhi has also account with Anandrathi.
No one till date has informed me that that the branch has been shifted from Stephen House to Alipore.
In relation to my share and D. Mat I have requested and told several times to Mr. Chetan Bazaz and paid sufficient money to him but till date the same was not done and moreover Mr. Chetan Bazaz came to my office for doing the needful but by taking money or can say bribe, he has not done my work and later on he told me to do whatever I like. Noone in Aanadrathi will assist you in the matter.
Mr. Bazaz was right in telling the same because no one in Kolkata is held responsible and no one is answerable inspite of taking money.
I have stated orally and in written to Mr. Vora who not talked to me but a lady of your Anandrathi told that the matter will be taken into consideration and let me know but till date no one answered or returned my money or solved my problems.
If you go through my record you will find I have cheated or can say I did or purchase share by keeping money in Advance.
In the above facts for the last 1 and half months I have not sold or purchased share and still my shares are lying in your D. Mat Account.
2 Months Ago I told me Vora who assured that he will talk to me and also solve the probem which was illegally done by Mr. Chetan Bazaz but sorry as now I realize that Mr. Bazaz was rightly told me that Anandrathi is only named but blind and worse.
Time will come when I shall lodge the complaint against Anandrathi, Bazaz and others before BSC, NSC and Sebi.
Still awaiting and watching.
