Shares — fraud by share broker

I along with many other lower and middle class people have been duped by one Amit Soni of Shrinathji Online Trading Services of Chinchwad. The fraud is to the tune of more than 1 crore. Amit convinced me to purchase physical shares of Infosys & Telco at 20% discount and promised me that the same will be converted into deemat and transfered to my account within 2 months. But after 8 months nothing have moved. Few days back Gujarat police came searching for him and arrested him for a fraud case of 1995 and now he is in Gujarat jail. His wife is enjoying the money. I have already lodged a complaint at Chinchwad Police Station. Can u help me in geeting my money back? If the bank accounts managed by him and his wife are freezed then there is a chance that the money will be recovered. please help
