The facts are as under:
My self is Arun Kumar Gandhi. My D. Mat is maintained previously from Stephen House and now shifted to Alipore. My wife Rita Gandhi has also account with Anandrathi.
No one till date has informed me that that the branch has been shifted from Stephen House to Alipore.
In relation to my share and D. Mat I have requested and told several times to Mr. Chetan Bazaz and paid sufficient money to him...
