[Resolved]  Shop keeper — Non delivery of Goods and Bill after full payment

Hi,

I had purchased one Bed and Study table/chair from Kirti Nagar, Delhi Market. I made full payment and the shopkeeper informed that Bill will be delivered along with Goods. The bed was delivered two days late and was without Bill, table and Unpolished state. when I told shopkeeper he informed rest of things will be delivered next day.

Since then I am calling him everyday but he does not pick up the phone. When he picks he says he will deliver today, but now its already more than15 days and I am still getting frustrated by calling daily.

Need to know how anybody in India can help me onthis. Normally people bear it and beg with shopkeeper but I want to teach shopkeeper that , consumer in India cannot be taken for granted.

Pls advice.
