Sir, i have started the policy for golden forests india ltd sinc 20/11/1996 due some unavoidable circumstances i could not deposit the premium. Now i wish to surrender my policy no. 01/9/rud79142 but the procedure could not be completed as the form required to be filled up. Whereas, correct amount deposited by me is not known by me. Kindly intimate processure and exact amount deposted against my above policy....

I had purchased one Bed and Study table/chair from Kirti Nagar, Delhi Market. I made full payment and the shopkeeper informed that Bill will be delivered along with Goods. The bed was delivered two days late and was without Bill, table and Unpolished state. when I told shopkeeper he informed rest of things will be delivered next day.

Since then I am calling him everyday but he does not pick up the phone....
