Dear Sir/Madam
I am working as "Manager Administration" in above mentioned company.I had raised a request to NDPL depatment, Grid Sub-station Building, Hudson Lines, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-110009, that we need the duplicate key of metre room to check the reading on daily basis to mantain our daily electricity consumption. Firstly i had request through telephonic chat to "Mr. Pradhan" ([protected]) NDPL employee, but after waisting around 10 days of my he gave me number of "Ms Ankita" ([protected])NDPL employee, or asked me that she's looking this matter so coordinate with her. March 21st/09 i sent a request through mail to "Ms Ankita" regarding the same but i have not received any kind of positive response from their end. I was doing follow-up for this issue with the NDPL but after a month again when i asked "Ms Ankita" for the keys, so she said that our senior refused your request. Senior name is "Mr. Shishir Singh", Sr. Manager ([protected]), when i aproched him so very rudely he refused my request or not ready to give any geniune reasons for refusal.When i asked him that i raised my request through mail, So if you are unable to solve are problem so kindly send me the mail and mentioned your reasons that on the behalf of these points you dont allow to issue a duplicate keys to us.But he's not ready to give any reason in written or very rudely refused my request.
I want to know that this is the professional way of NDPL to deal with the coustmers.This is totally irresponsible answer of Mr Shishir (Sr Manager).
I am requesting you to kindly see this matter or either we have rights to get the keys or not but is this the way to handle coustmers query or their requests.
