SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. — No response on cancellation request

I have taken policy ( bharti axa elite advantage) from SMC INSURANCE BROKERS PVT LTD on 1st of aug 2020 and Amount of Instalment Premium Rs. 37800.18 was paid on the same day (i.e. 1 aug 2020). I received the proposal form on 6/08/2020 and welcome kit on 14/08/2020, original policy is yet to be delivered.
And now it's been more than 3 months i am repeatedly requesting mr. Krishan ( former manager ) to cancel this policy because i didn't get any promised befits
1. Cash back of first premium.
2. Travel vouchers and so on
I am getting no response from him whenever i call him his assistant always give an excuse that he is busy in meeting, moreover he is not responding my text on whatsapp. I have send mails to Bharti axa and smc from there also can't seek any help.
I am having all the un-replyed text on whatsapp related to cancellation and recorded audio in which he is mentioning that i will receive a second bond letter after attaching that second bond letter i can return my policy but till now (15- nov-20) i didn't get anything.

Please look into the matter as i am desperately willing to cancel this policy and retrieve my paid premium

It been almost 10 days since i have provided you all the proof for the investigation, till now no response is delivered from your side.
Please inform me how much time do you need for investigation. I want to return this policy as soon as possible.
At the end please don't make stupid excuses that it can't be return due expiry of time because you guys are taking so much long time in validation and verification even it's a simple case.
