Sub:Regarding to Accident of car DL3C BM2224 in Honda Service Centre (SOUTH END HONDA OKHLA, PHASE-1).
I have given my car for service/repair at your service station .M/s Southend Honda, Okhla against inspection slip no.143 Dated 25-07-12. My car was damaged from the back side only as also mentioned in the slip issued to me. During inspection the person hit my car in wall. The collision is so strong that the car’s bumper, bonnet, radiator, air bag, many engine parts etc were completely damaged. On enquiry from the manager he didn’t gave me any satisfactory answer and also misbehaved.
Plz analyze strength of force by which car is hit with wall. This is matter of careless and also mishandling of Vehicle.
Next day I got several calls from the dealer office who tried to rush the matter without acknowledging their fault. I told him that I am very disturbed because of this huge loss and that he should consider my grievance seriously. But he refuses to understand my condition.
This is matter of careless and also mishandling of the Vehicle. Technical problem on engine OR any which can be occur on High Speed or any condition which can be affected safety of my own/family.
Still after 17 days there is no hardcore solution. Earlier also I have communicated in CRM cell on 26th July which recorded with Acknowleadgement#71201614.
Such type of behavior/Handling of vehicle is not expected from Brand like HONDA.
Requesting you to provide me the optimal solution which satisfies my safety/Accidental issue. Consider my matter seriously or I will have to take legal remedy at your expense.
