To the concerned authorities,
We visited the Southend Honda Showroom, MGF Mal, Saket on 24th October 2015 as we wanted to purchase a new car. We had been guided by Mr. Vijay Aggarwal who was the concerned sales person for us. We received all details by him regarding Honda Amaze SMT model and we specifically raised the question i[censored]RBAN TITANIUM color was available and he assured us that the color was readily available and would not take time in arrival.
On 26th October 2015 we booked Honda Amaze SMT, URBAN TITANIUM color and paid Rs.10, 000 as booking fee. We received the receipt which gave all the details of the car model along with the color we had requested. Again we had been assured that the color was readily available.
On 31st October 2015 I receive a call from Mr. Vijay Aggarwal informing me that URBAN TITANIUM color is not available and that I should get the Silver color.
I am very dissatisfied with the sales services that your staff gave us as they made false commitment to the customer without getting any prior confirmation from the company.
Secondly I paid the booking fee as I had been told that the UT color is readily available, thus this shows that your showroom makes false promises before the booking.
Not only this, Mr. Aggarwal said he would revert back to me with the information on Monday 1st November however, I did not receive any phone call from his side. I had been trying to call him continuously since Monday and my phone calls are being ignored and I am not given any information whatsoever.
We have taken Honda services in the past as I am currently owing Honda City and never faced any problems however it is a matter of great regret to get such services from your showroom and to even choose to make a booking from your Showroom.
I would request you to please look into the matter URGENTLY and deliver me the correct information so that I can take the necessary decision.
