Southend Honda — booking cancelled not refunding the amount

I have booked the vehicle on 09.10.2017 but due to the worst services i have cancelled on 21.10.2017 as per the promise given by mr. Hari pradeep & mr. R. Rajasekar of my booking amount rs.51000 plus cash amount of rs.100000 for registration charges. The loan rs.13, 18, 635.00 which has been disbursed on 16.10.2017 was withheld with the dealer 65 days
