[Resolved]  Spectramind Marketing — No response from the Company

To whoever it may concern,
Hello Sir,
We had won a "Holiday Package" for "More" Shopee through the scratch card offer. I had filled the form by my mother's name "L. S. Arwade" and sent to "Spectramind Marketing" on 1st of November, 2008.
After a month i.e. on 1st December we recieved a call stating that two out of the three destinations we had mentioned were unavailable and we could get the accomodations to the third location which was "Corbett Park". On being asked the desired dated we had told it to be 15th December, 2008. To that they replied that we would be recieving a confirmation call within 2 to 3 days. Till date we havn't heard from them.
After that I had called "Spectraming Marketing" on the number: [protected], to check the status of our application. I was told that it 'may' be with the processing department and that I would recieve a call once they know the status. Again, till date no word on that.
The second time I had called to check the status, I was told that my complaint had been lodged and that I will recieve a call within 24 hours. But I havnt recieved any call from them.
I had called the third time today on 11th December, 2008. This time I was told by the operator that she needs to the particular department and that I would be put on hold, after which the call got disconnected.
I would like to recieve a response as to when I will be recieving the details of the accomadations. I wish to have the documents with me as soon as possible because based on that I would have to make other arrangements like transportation, travel kit, other trip arrangments at the destination.
