Its not like instead of holiday you will get Rs 1250/- voucher..They called me and asked to exchange with any other gifts like Kitchenware, Quilt or even I can wait for holiday itself. As holiday was taking some time to get confirmed, I exchanged as per their instructions to Rs 1250/- More Gift voucher which is valid till 15-feb-09 ONLY. One good thing abt vochers is they are Rs 250 X 5 (not single Rs 1250) .So I am able to utilize that gift vouchers at More for my shopping. May be you can call them at [protected] (from which I got a call & spoke to Spectramind)

I totally dis agree with the plan of such afrud company who always declare totally unwilling masages to the costumer about the palns. I got such a frud scrach card of gift voucher packs from 'MORE ' retails at Asansol W.B.. I sent the documents to spectraminds and got 4 calls from there. At last I recieved a call on 12.02.09 that they send the courier theough BLUE DART. But no courier I recieve yet. 15.02.09 is the last date. If they have not able to send the courier on time why they declaire such plans to make public as APRIL FOOL.

I disagrre with Spectramind services, the Quilt they are offering after charging money is actually of lesser worth.
The same quilt is available in abundance in chandni market, kolkata at a much lower price.
This way I got cheated through Spectramind and More .
I had spoken to their helpline which has costed me STD so many times.
Spectramind is useless and fraud company.
I feel a nexus between them and More
I am planning to give this comaonys name to Kolkata trade association so that innocent people of East India are saved form schemes of Spectramind.

I had purchased LG LCD TV through the scheme to provide free DTH service subsciption for 6 months. I sent you a Demand Draft of Rs. 99/- baring no. 568697 dated 22/06/2009 alongwith the completely filled form no. 141951. Also included were the bar code containing serial number for the TV no. 903LPGE001343 and the invoice of the purchase for the TV. We had opted Airtel DTH service to be provided for the same.
We had been waiting for installation of Airtel DTH dish alongwith the accessories but no call has yet been recieved.
Please provide the status of our Airtel DTH installation.

I Had purchased a LG LCD tv and as per your scheme on this purchase i had already claimed for free DTH and settop box and 6 months subscription .
also i completed all formalities for purchase bill, DTH claim coupon (DD of Rs. 99/- ) S.No.- 906NLHV005609 ) .

I received a sms on 23rs july that my claim is valid and i will receive my DTH within 15 days but i have still not received it yet.
Please have a look at this matter and reply me as soon as possible .

I had purchased a samsung S3500 mobile from the mobile store and they gave a scratch coupon to me. We have not scratched that coupon to get Rs.200 cash back . I had sent original scratch coupon, a copy of bill and a bar code cutting to Spectramind Marketing, Noida by speed post. I have not heard anything from them till now.

I am not blaming them till now, as it is only one month has passed. Still I believe that they will reply to me and let me know the status of my claim form.

I Gaurav jain resident of indore purchased LG LCD TV 32lg80ur. I got a commintnent of set top box with free installation and 6 months subscription free. Along with purchase i got commitment as well as one coupon no.145299 & told to send this coupon along with D.D of Rs 99/, original barcode sticker & photocopy of original invoice to get free set top box of either airtel or tatasky or sun tv with 6 months free subscription. I sent the same along with dd of rs 99/ made in favour of spectramind private ltd dt.01-08-09 sent the same to address written on coupon. I called up the office so many times but no one receive the phone. I didnt recieved any message from spectramind stating my claim so please see to it that i receive the product as soon as possible.

I have purchased a LG LCD(Model No : 26LH20R, S.No. 906LPVC018591) on 23/07/09 from LG Electronic Place, 90 Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. At the time of purchasing the LCD TV, I was promised to get a DTH set top box with 6 months subscription FREE with this LCD TV. I filled the Coupon (No 140569) and sent it by post (along with Barcode cutting and DD of Rs 99 in favor of Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd.) to the mentioned spectramind office i.e. Spectramind Marketing Pvt. Ltd., D-160, Lower Ground Floor, Sec 26 Noida. More than 30 days passed, I have not received anything. I tried the Spectramind customer care no many times, either it goes busy or the agent asks me to wait for another 2-3 days. Now I can’t wait any more. I hope you will take some immediate action in this matter.

I dont know but have the words consumer courts come to your minds. These guys are based out of Noida why not go there and burn their offices down. This is a clear case of them cheating customers and then on top of that acting smar. Please we know how to read t&c thats why we understand that you are cheating us. never has other companies such as travelport, etc given us any problems. I HAVE PURCHACED AN 26'' LCD OF LG ON 31/07/09 in NEXT showroom marathahalli bangalore, for which igot a coupen for sun direct.I have sent the DD for Rs 499 on 1/08/09.But till now i have not received the sun direct or any information on this.

I fully agree. The spectramind is really cheating the public. I have purchased an LG Monitor and send documents and draft for a initial free tatasky connection. But so far there is no response and there are no means to contact them also.

I am agreed what everyone is complaining about. I purchased a mobile phone from The Mobile Store and did not get cash back as per scheme they offered. I sent all the relevant details to Spectramind and its now over 3+ months! I did not hear anything from them yet. They are really doing fraud. What about taking legal action against them? we are all talking about the problem but I don't think we can stop them making consumers fool without any legal action? They must pay for their wrongdoing and should be behind the bars.

I am rajendrakhandelwal I purchase LG LCD tv 22 lh but I can't receive my set top box I send you coupen no.304647 along with DD Rs.99 for handling charges, original bar code cut from cartoon and photocopy invoice bill. proof for purchase LG lcd tv but I can't receive set topbox at that time .

I have different type of experience all together with Spectramind!! I have purchased LG-LCD TV on which Set top box of my choice was free!! I have completed all the formalities described on the information leaflet & sent it to Spectramind. But out of curasity only I did visited to internet site & I came across number of compliants about this company posted on internet. I also tried to communicate with this company & surprisingly result was very good. Immediately they responded assuring that I will get my Set top box of TATA SKY as I have chosen on 25th Aug 2009. Now I have to admit that Yes it is! I have recieved it on the same date they promised. This is not enough but when I found one of voucher coupen of Rs. 500 is already used, I have again communicated to them & without any hezitation their representative alloted me another coupen over telephone by disclosing the pin code of coupen.

I think there must be some confusion for the compliants posted on internet.

One thing I should say that they were honest / committed at least with me.

But at the same time I also bring it to notice to Mr. Anoop that they should improove their telecommunication system.

Both LG and spectramind are biggest frauds. Tell your relatives and friends never to buy LG products.
The company is involved with cheap promotions and not fulfilling the promises given by them. they know poor indian customer will not go for legal options and cashing their hard-earned money. Some one shoul file a petition in supreme court against such promotional offers.

Spectramind is totally a waste and does not fulfill the promise as recently i have purchased a mobile from mobile store and i have submitted all the documents by courier by incurring a cost of Rs.44 but till dater i have not got any Reebok T-shirt whcih was promised by Spectra Mind in the Copromotion along with THE MOBILE STORE.
