I had booked an urgent mail by speed post on 1/12/09 at 11.32 AM from Thalayolaparambu Speed post center vide receipt no.SP EL[protected] IN,addressed to Joseph Cyriac, 6103/4-1st floor, D-6 Pocket,Vasantkunj, New Delhi 110070 and paid a fee of Rs.68/- To my surprise it has not been delivered to the addressee till date. I believe even normal mail meant for Delhi does not take so long. Non deliovery of the speed post mail has defeated the very purpose of the speed post. Since the purpose for which the mail was sent has not been met due to this failuire, I request that the fee collected from me may please be refunded to me and also the failure of this public system may please be looked into.
