I had sent the subject letter from Andrews Ganj, New Delhi post office on 25/09/2009 to a Coimbatore address. Till date the recipient has not received the letter. Also the track speed post facility on the web is not functional. What do I do as the latter contained time bound papers ?Please do help me.

the main post officer has informed about 02.15PM that consignment will be delivered before 03.00 PM today but Movement and delivery status of my SP EC[protected] IN is not shown on website,
