A speed Post letter posted from Cossipore HPO (700002) with No, SP EW[protected] IN on 01/12/2009 by my son, Lt. Col G.K Jha, reached me on 8/12/2009 i.e.
after 7 days. The delay is an indictment of the declining efficiency of our Speed Post sysytem.
The remedial actions may kindly be taken to avoid such recurrences, as it would severely affect the relevance of the Speed Post by our Postal Dept.Thanking you
