Online Trading not able to operate in EZ TRADE
Dear Sir
I opened a (2 in one account with online trading facility) bank account with SBI, HO, Rajaji salai, Chennai in December 2008. After 15 days i got my username and password for online banking. But when i try to log in and for allocate funds it is telling that your DP account not linked with deemat account, I complained back to the branch, and will be linked with in a one or two day. After one month still not linked, i again approached the branch, there is no response, i am still not able to online trading.
please take action, verry verry poor for attending customer complaints, then what is the use for keeping eZ trade in SBI, this is the example for private sector banks and Goverment banks please take immediate action.

i am facing problem of invalid username and password in accessing online banking system for last approx one month, my accont no is-[protected]
forgot my internet banking password for SBI online. What should I do to retrieve it or to get a new password for the internet banking. Kindly advise me as soon as possible on this matter since I have to make an urgent transation through SBI online
Better u approach ur bank branch where u hold ur account, and get infromed abt it, they may help u,

I am fed up with the SBI Online account - I am neither able to open the account nor able to get any reply from the Bank authorities. Very sad about the Chennai State Bank of India. It is true SBI authorities don't care or honour the customers.

Thank you for providing me with a new SBI online account kit, which I received at your Selaiyur Branch on Saturday, 11th April.
But I am very sorry to say to you that neither I could get online facility to my S/B account nor I could get your assistance though I had requested you through letter sent on 16.04.09 (enclosed with this letter). I have my S/B account with SBI since the past 34 years. Further I myself served as Cashier in SBI for 3 years. I had my S/B accounts in SBI branches in 7 states, where I lived in the past. But now, in Selaiyur Branch alone I have bitter experiences of not getting any reply for my request letter sent to you.
However, I now have decided to drop the desire of having my online account with SBI (for Selaiyur Branch account). I hope to get online facility with some other Bank. Thank you very much.

I had submitted my applIcation by hand to the SBI, Central Pension Processing Centre, Chandni Chowk, Delhi on 20.02.2009 for enhancement of pension and arrier as per 6th pay commission.
But so far no action seems to have been taken since the same is not reflected in my passbook State Bank Of India Sultan Puri Delhi-110086.
Here I would like to inform you that this is matter of enhancement and arrier of my pension not for salary so this matter can not be take up with my Department.
Bank officials are not serious in the matter while I am senior citizen and fully depend on the my pension and can not go here and there, therefor I request you to look in the the matter personally for early redressal.

I got user ID and Password from SBI Ghuma branch Code No. 60408. I opend on line and changed my user name and password and noted in my confidential note book. Next time I tried to open it but could not open. I complained to the branch and got 2nd time password. They did not give user ID but said to open by my changed ID name. But again I am unable to open. I tried to complaint in trouble logging box but due to not listed the name of the branch I could not be successful in logging my complaint in that box. Please help me. My account No. is [protected].
