hi sir im satish.im facing froblem for invaild user id and passward.im in first login for internet banking.and login for user id and passwasrd are ivalid.im vist for 5 times in home bank.no soulutin prouvied.a/c no;[protected] tanuku

I got user ID and Password from SBI Chanpatia, west champaran, Bihar. I opend it online and changed my user name and password and noted in my confidential note book. But, next time I tried to open it but could not open. I am facing problem of invalid username and password in accessing online banking system . Sir i am doing a job now in Bahrain, that's why, i am able to come at my home branch for solution. So, please resolve my issue & help me to access my net banking facility.

State Bank of India — Issuing of online banking kit
Hi,I opened my savings a/c with SBI 1 year back and did not recieve the online kit untill last Monday. I had to visit the bank for the same for the whole year and the Bank Manager and other staff was not at all cooperating with me. I visited the bank fri more than 20 time and then finally got the online kit.
Now, as I've got the online banking kit, it's username and password are not activated yet as promised by the Bank Manager, Mr. Rakesh Bansal. He informed me last Monday that the kit wil be activated within 24-48 hrs but it's been more than a week and i am still stuck.
