[Resolved]  State Bank of India — complain

My Complaint Ticket Number is CC[protected], what is the status of my complaint, please let me know on [protected]@gmail.com or do I need to visit your headoffice?, please advice.

i am chandan Ghosh bearing account number [protected](Habra Branch, WB).
a cheque is deposited on 18/05/2011(cheque no. 011392), at Neharu Place branch, N.Delhi.
But till now the amount is not credited on my account.So what to do now please
suggest me.

To SBI,
Let me know, is it necessary to have SBI account for getting the demand draft of amount say Rs. 1000/-.
I think not necessary... but at Dhule Main Branch due to some technical problem at the bank level, the concern are telling that, it is necessary to hace SBI A/C for getting DD.
Kindly look in the matter.
Regarding the same the news were declared in Daily News Paper before 3-4 days.

The above letter was received by SBI, Brackpur Rly Stn branch and forwarded to SBI Pension Cell, 83/1A, Vivakananda Road, Kolkata-700 006 on 31.12.2010 vide letter under Ref.-4.
Regret to inform you that my pension amount has not been revised since Six months.
Being widow and helpless woman, I request your kind attention to finalize my case at the earliest as I am totally dependent to my pension amount.

sir i have open my a/c in [protected] in the month of march 2011 but till to date i have not received my checkbook
i want to give your attention that in bindki sbi branch which code is 0043 it is very difficult to open a/c as i feel during opening of my a/c Their is one person name Mr verma who is looking a/c opening has made me to take 4 days to open my a/c even i have given all proof required for opening of a/c sir i also requested that i am defence person and this is my pension a/c and i got only 3 days leave balance even i requested
to manager but all went in vain

Sir,

My ATM has been misplaced when i was on the way from my house to my office somerwhere. i have my salary account in SBI, DCRUST, Sonepat Branch Code:721. i have contacted several times customer care as well as my bank branch since 30.08.2011 to stop ATM withdrawal and issue a new ATM but all goes vain . however FIR of the same has been registered in Murhtal Police station, Sonepat vide FIR no. DDE NO/30 dated 30.08.2011. I, contacted Brahcn Manager, Mr. Naresh Luthra, he is not ready to accept even my application regarding any ATM withdrawal by saying that it is your responsibality to stop ATM withdrawal and his way of talking standrad is too low that should not be a bank officer. i am feeling annoyed & helpless myself. Need your kind attention towards this complaint & resolution too.

Dear Sir,

On 10th oct 2011, I requested for activation of SMS facility on my cell no. [protected] to get the details of credition & debition. And I submitted the form as per provided by SBI kodala having bank code 01336 which placed in ganjam distict . But till date, this facility is not being activated on my cell. sir I am from Uttranchal dist Chamoli.sir date 6 nov 2011saturday I went to s.b.i Pokhati nagnath(cod no4532)for opening new joint account with my wife, but bank staff told to me that some tachnical problem in the bank so pleas com to tuseday, sir when I went tuseday to bab, with my wife sir staff again reply that machien ar not working so com next day, sir both day branch manager was note present, sir bank staff attitude is so disapointable and not helpfull.

The mobile alert /SMS intimation in respect of transactions in of Savinga Bank Accounts in Changanacherry Town Branch Code 8603 and in Changanacherry ADB code 3104 NOT being effective... Inspite of personally meeting and making complaints many a time nothing has been done.

sbi me log baithe tho hai lekin bat thik se nahi karte kisi bhi bat pe chilake bat karte hai, kisi bi bat ka positive responce nahi dete or itna hi ni agar branch manger se bat karne pe vo b koi javab ni dete beijati hi karte hai
