[Resolved]  State Bank of India — complain

sir/Madam I am a recharge Airtel DTH online through bsi debit card recharge fail( my customer id [protected] and tran id[protected] but balance deduct from my account ([protected]) please refund money my account


recharge date and time:- 17/03/2013 08: 30 pm

I have been trying to dial the 24X7 helpline no of SBI as well as other mumbai helpline number since 3 days repeatedly. Either the number is busy or i am asked to check the number i have dialled..!!
I want to block my ATM card as I have lost it. There is no other way to block it other than the helpline nos (as told by Branch persons) and the helpline nos cannot be reached! What to do?

Dear Sir,
I am an ex-serviceman holding my pension account with SBI SME Branch, Mahadevpura, White Field Bangalore. My Account No is [protected].
I had tried to withdraw money from ATM No 4397, Car Street Ulsoor, Bangalore a sum of Rs. 6000.00 ( Rupees six thousand only) on 01 Feb 2013. Unfortunately the money has not been disbursed by the said ATM and my account has been debited with the said amount. I had raised a written request/complaint with my Banker and handed over the slips also to them.

Till now the said amount has not been returned to my account. I am being pensioner and huge amount tucked facing problem.

Please do the needful to return my money back.
