SBI — for not receiving atm still

hello sir, myself brajesh kumar.i have opened my account in sbi branch-akhlaspur, bhabua[bihar].i have taken my passbook too.bt still i have not obtained my atm card.whenever i go for my atm query...satisfying answer doesnt take place, , , lots of excuses are given by branch manager and employee, , , , so plz take my request ahead, , thanku sir. my account no-[protected], name-brajesh kumar
