[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Yet not received ATM Card

respected sir,
i have applied for sbi atm card on 7january at sbi branch bhattian, but i have not recieve my atm card till date. please inform me about my atm card. have dispatched or not.i shal be very thankful to you for this

Dear sir,
I, Deepshikha opened my joint savings a/c with my husband Mr Amit Kumar (A/C No. [protected]) in SBI Gurgaon (Branch - Mehrauli Road, Branch Code - 1595) on 30th December'09. Till today i havn't received my ATM/Debit card.The bank issued me the card and despatched it on 3rd Jan'10 but it was undelivered as there was noone in the house. According to the bank the card has been returned back to Mumbai Branch and it will be redespatched within 20-25 working days. The period is over but the card has not come yet. Also the pin number will be valid only for 45 days and after that i have to again apply for the fresh new pin number. So if i will not got the card within a week then i have to again apply for the new pin.
Please provide me the information regarding this. When i will receive my ATM Card. I am facing a lot of problems.

My wife Name K.Suneetha W/o.Suresh Babu was opened account in SBI Main Branch, Ongole (Andraradesh) in july 2006, acoount No.[protected] till on words ATM card not received sofar. on that day door no not mentioned. Please send them what about ATM position.

First of all i have applied the atm in the month of the oct-2009 since i have not received the atm i have applied again by taking the words of accountant in the consideration.
Even though when i applied twice in the month of November of date 22nd i did not received the atm till date by post to the address i mentioned in the application form

i am not getting what is the problem with the application form and the issue of the atm card to this account
If there is any problem please inform me and please accept my form and issue the atm card.
