[Resolved]  State Bank of India — cash not come from atm m/c -reg

I am a SBI ATM cardholder having saving account no-[protected]. On 24/09/09 i used to icici ATM machine to withdraw my cash rs 200/- around 09:50 AM.but i couldn't get cash and rs200/- was debited from my account.then i call on toll-free no. but they told me a very long procedure.for getting 200/- this long procedure is not looking feasible for me because my account branch is at deoria and i am putting at noida this is about 800 km from here.plz tell me the another and right procedure to get me my cash back in my account.my contact no-+91-[protected]

I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No.[protected] of state Bnk of India, in Corporation Bank Atm situated at Nyay Khand-I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 09.10.2009 for withdrawl of Rs.1400/- (2 times Rs.700 each).

unfortunately, No cash delivred by ATM, but my A/c. No. [protected] was debited by same amount.

i had been a transaction from my account no.[protected] to atm id.S1AN00060402 which is situated at centre point aligarh, on 02/11/09 amount of Rs.4000 but out of which only 3300 recieved from the atm counter unfortunately but remaining amount Rs 700 turned in. also my account no.[protected] debited with Rs 4000.

Sir, Yesterday on 03-11-09 at 23:56 I tried to withdraw Rs: 5000/- from our HPCL Mumbai Refinery ATM centre.The same amount is debited from my saving account, but I received only Rs-4500/-(8-Rs-500 notes & 5-100 Rs notes).One Rs-500 note I received Less.So please check in the same ATM centre, because of some mistake it must have happened.So if you get it in checking that day statement so please deposit in my saving account.

Respected sir, Iam sbi account holder. I use my atm card to withdraw Rs.10000 from IDBI atem insampath Nagar, Erode.But cash not comeout from the machine.. The monitor shows UNABLE TO PROCESS on[protected]. On[protected] I search in SBI atm it shows I withdrawRs.10000. I made complaint in SIB Dharapuram branch. Kindly do the needful as uick as possible.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that, I have done some withdrawal from Corp Bank ATM on 13/10/2009 at 21:47, but I did not receive the amount of Rs. 3000/- from the machine, instead it has been debited to my account. (see attached ATM slip and bank transaction details) for your quick reference.



Since I did not receive the amount from the ATM machine the amount has to credit back to my account mentioned above.



I have already lodged a written complaint to my branch (Bommanhalli branch) office on 15/10/2009 (see attached copy). Till today the amount is not credited back to my account and it is really worrying me.



Request you to pls look in to the same and advise.

I complained on 17/01/10 for atm debiting of RS 5000 witout reciving money from atm.
Token no is AT93338718&A/C no is [protected].Please take the necessary action as early as possible.

On 15/10/09 I withdrawan amount for Rs. 5000/- from my SB AC No. [protected] but said amount not received by me through ATM. However, on upto date of passbook the said amount is deducted from my account. In this regard I have already lodge a complain in writing to BM, Corporation Bank. On 31st of January I try to withdraw 10000 Rs. from SBI ATM. It is in near to Burdwan Railway Station.
I just entered two digit of my password and ATM machine got hang. And after that I received a message that 10000 Rs. was deducting from your A/C.

So, my question is if I not geting one single rupees from the ATM then why money was deducting from my A/C.

If this is the matter then I have to go to Consumer Court.Because SBI told that was a valid transaction.

i have used my atm-cum-debit card[protected] of state bank of india, nuclear fuel complex, hyderabad at icici atm, ecil cross road, hyderabad on 03.04.2010 at about 19.00-21.00 hrs for withdrawl of Rs.400/-. Unfortunately no cash delevered by that atm mechine and no slips too. the monitor showed as error in machine. but in my account no [protected] was debited by the same amount.
