[Resolved]  State Bank of India — cash not come from atm m/c -reg

my saving bank account at SBI Gadhinglaj branch .I tried to withdraw Rs.4000/- on Dt.31.12.2010at 7 P.M.from Hadapsar HDFC branch but the cash not received by me and the such amount deducted from my saving account. I went to some another sbi atm and taken ministatement it shows that 4000/- is debited.I tried to contact but due to saturday and new year i dont get response.Please look in to the matter and arrange to credit Rs.4000/-
in my saving bank account of sbi mentioned above.

I have ATM Card bearing machine No[protected] of state bank of India Mashila branch situated Andul, Howrah. On 03 Feb 2011, I withdrawal of Rs.15, 000/-vide ATM Token No TXN 9538 on same day. Due some mechanism fault/Net problem of this ATM machine, I got Rs 9500/- out of Rs 15000/-. Immediately I informed to my nearest SBI Branch (SBI-Mashila, Code No 8556). But one and half month past, the balance amount Rs 5500/- not yet been received till date.

Sir, it is intimated that I have logged complained all the necessary SBI Branches but no action has been taken till date to credit the amt. I have also written complain to SBI Mashila, Code No 8556 (which I have saving account) but they told me that we can, t do anything regarding this matter, you may liaise with SBI Howrah (main branch)to inform the above facts. Dye to illness, I telephonically discussed with ATM Manager of SBI Howrah (Main Branch) but they have also refused to credit the amount. Therefore, you are requested to please advised me what to do & how to get my money.

. Kindly credit Rs. 5500/- soon as possible. I am really suffering some financial hardship due to the above facts.

The ATM machine of State bank of India, Shillong, Meghalaya . are not working last five days, the Cash are not available in the ATM machine, in various part of the city, after telephonic lodged complained to the concerned persons it has not taken any action in this matter,
so it is very difficult to the customers to withdraw the money from ATM, specially in Polo, Jail Road, Police Bazar, area in Shillong . Authority are not taking seriously the matter,
so it is hereby request once again to correct the error and deposits the money, that customers can enjoy the SBI, ATM, facility.

I am SBI saving account holder, I have used my SBI ATM card in ICICI BANK but I have not got money from the ATM machine while Rs. 10000/- debited in my account.
I have loged complaint regarding the same in my SBI branch but still I am not receving any replay .

Details are as given below-
you are a respectable consern in banking services...you deserve your identity...".why you are ignoring my case?"...where as RBI RULING is in my favour, MAY PL. REFER: RBI 2010/11/547/DT.27TH MAY2011; PARA - 2d i.e. all the disputes regarding atm failed- transaction shall be settled by issuing bank... also para-3, 4, 5

your branch manager SRI S. JHA is always giving positive response .He never says NO! May pl. advice SRI S. JHA to reconsider my complaint of 25/4/2011 for the incidence of 24/4/11 for the complaint no:-AT[protected] /AT[protected] - money not returned oa on date

on 24/4/2011AT 5.59 PM DEBITED Rs. 10, 000.00/-- complaint no:-AT[protected] /AT[protected] - money not returned oa on date 19/7/2011 .TXN-1891 -

MAY PL. NOTE : THE MACHINE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF ICICI-ATM IS MANUPULATED FOR THE REASONS AS BELOW:


1.- IT REFLECTS DEDUCTION OF RS.-10, 000/- WHEREAS ITSHULD BE TWO TIMES RS.5000/-FROM EACH MACHINE i.e. four information of deductions of rs 5000/-;i.e. two fom each m/c total Rs.20000/-

2. BOTH THE MACHINES SCREEN WAS REFLECTING "NOT PROCESSED " EVEN THOUGH DEDUCTION HAS BEEN MADE
