I was issued credit card no. [protected]. as per the procedure, the card has to be activited with one time pass word for online transactions. despite following the procedure, the procedure has been blocked as the failed attempts were three. pl guide me. The pass word was not sent to old mobilie no but not to the present mobile.
The necessary mail to my email address given in the application was not sent.

I am a new SBI credit card holder but i haven't been able to activate it .As i try to activate it on the helpline no [protected], it works well till they ask the validity date but when they ask my date of birth it doesn't accept. It says entry not matching their database.
