SBI Card — non-activation of card

i would like to put up my words with great grievance that even after clearing my dues for the last month, my card was avtivated. wqhen i enquired about the same, i was given the reply that i have made payments through cheques which over-bounced 7 times. Here i would like to mention that i always made the payment either through net banking or by my debit card and i never used cheques for the same. then when i asked them to please give me the details of such cheques, they could not. so i request you to please do the needful to make me satisfactory as your customer. waiting for some gud response from SBICARD.

I havebeen issued SBI CARD NO [protected] AC NO [protected].I request the concerned authorities for activate the same and inform the same. by mail to [protected]@gmail.com.and sms to [protected]. my name is sanjay kumar verma and address is Bhagwan & sons B-66 khetan supar market birla mandir road patna 800004 (BIHAR).

a very irresponsible service even after 8 months of expiry no one bothered to call or communicate what wrong is on my part and the card is still to be issued.although i had applied / emailed many a times really i am sick of it.it is therefore, advisable to opt for hdfc or icici credit cards.

I received my SBI credit card. While activation on phone says my DOB is wrong. Where as I entered my DOB correctly and in application form also. Bank says contact on toll free number. I tried your toll free number for complaint but every time I am getting busy.
Now where should I approach for the complaint.
