State Bank of India — Internet account applied but no reply

hi,
i applied for internet banking facility at SBI, vatajara, kozhikode in the month of March2008, after that several times i have given reminder letter to get my username/password...till date, i am getting only 1 relpy from bank...we will once more send the reminder...this has become the mantra when ever i go for knowing about the status of my application

cheque book — cheque book have not received till now

I have submitted my application for cheque book at ICICI branch (Gurgaon) but no response from last 2 months.

I was supposed to receive the registry post till 15 July, But still I did not receive registry post, Its 22 August today.It was sent from kanpur, UP on 08/07/2009.
These documents are very very important for me.

I have applied for cheque book directly from SBI, ADB Jagatsinghpur branch in Orissa on 2/12/2009& till now have not received it. From bank I got to know that cheque book with number:[protected] was issued on same date but till now I have not recieved same.

I also posted complaints on SBI web portal but there was no response from their end. My local SBI branch manager is also is not able to help me regarding this.

Though my SBI account is a old account, still our signatures (joint holders including me) is not scanned yet for which we are facing difficulties for enchashment of cheque outside Jagatsinghpur (Orissa).

Therefore it is kindly requested to inquire into the matter & revert on the same.

What's going on when customer have give the cheque on registry and registry made by developer in favour of customer. In registry below note made by developer "Cheque Subject to relization". After that if cheque is bounced "Registry" is vaild or not. Plz clarfiy this.Nd who is the owner the property, which registry made.
